The Trump administration’s latest deal to cancel offshore wind projects and boost fossil fuel energy development instead is generating a huge payday for one of the Trump’s million-dollar donors. Even by MAGA standards, this is exceptionally dodgy. www.washingtonpost.com/business/202...

A new analysis of 10,000+ school lunch entrees found 88% of entrees featured animal proteins. Nearly 4 in 10 contained red or processed meats linked to cancer, while plant-based entrees were rare. It’s time to diversify the center of the tray. Learn more: foe.org/resources/be...

The Army Corps is legally obligated to protect our wetlands and waterways from pollution and destruction. Instead, they’re using nationwide permits to streamline extremely destructive projects that stand to destroy natural habitats and devastate water quality across the country So, we’re suing them

These are bold comments coming from the guy whose campaign got a reported $445 million from the oil industry and who started the war that allowed this to happen.  We're not saying Trump helped Big Oil rake in millions...but Trump helped Big Oil rake in millions.

Earlier this year, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Bayer, limiting people’s ability to sue pesticide corporations for failing to warn them of cancer & other health harms linked to their products Luckily, @booker.senate.gov is taking action this week to reverse this decision and restore justice

The Senate Ag Committee is preparing to vote on the Farm Bill & there's growing pressure to add provisions like the Save Our Bacon Act While framed as targeting state laws that prohibit cruel animal confinement practices, it also threatens state laws protecting food safety, environment & consumers

Should humans play a role in deliberately altering Earth's climate? As interest in solar geoengineering — the idea of spraying millions of tons of sulfur high into the atmosphere to reflect sunlight and cool the planet — grows worldwide, this question is becoming increasingly urgent.

The “Save Our Bacon Act” is doing anything but saving our bacon. This act is a provision in the House’s version of the Farm Bill that could undo state and local farm animal welfare laws across America.

If we want regenerative & organic agriculture to move to the mainstream, policy matters We need more investment in organic transition, support for conservation & funding for systems that build ecological resilience instead of chemical dependence. The upcoming Farm Bill is an opportunity to do that
