Honestly I think it’s more just the volume And complexity of the rules. I imagine after a couple of campaigns it becomes more natural, but it is kinda intimidating at first.

People on LinkedIn are weird. There’s this obsession in the games industry with posts about going to an event all the time. It’s like a bunch of school kids getting hyper about going on a school trip. Then there’s the hourly posts, “sitting on a bench AT DEVELOP” “saw a seagull AT DEVELOP”

Losing Destiny and losing Bungie is such a huge deal. It would be an incredible decision not to put both right. It can be done, it will take time, money, resource, but I think Bungie has earned the right to have those things and be given a chance to heal Destiny.

Now that they’re gone, this reversal of strategy makes it look like their decisions were to blame, when in fact the reasons that made them make those decisions are the issue. Still, I like what Asha and the team are getting done, and look forward to seeing her leadership.

While all this positive Xbox news looks great, I do feel like this throws the previous leadership under the bus a bit… There was clearly immense pressures and unrealistic expectations pushed on them which lead to some unfavourable decisions for the Xbox community.
