Transnational corporations like Chevron, Total, Mekorot and Palantir are complicit in ecocide and the genocide against the Palestinian people. These TNCs have shown egregious disregard for life, and communities need access to justice. A strong #BindingTreaty will be a #Checkmate on corporate power.

Chevron is more than a fossil fuel corporation. It is part of a global system that puts profit over peoples, human rights and the planet. Together with @udapt.bsky.social, @stoptncimpunity.bsky.social and others, we continue the struggle against corporate impunity and for #ClimateJustice

Two irreplaceable people have been taken from us. Esther and Javier dedicated their lives to defending their land and the rights of its people. Javier was one of the leaders of La Vía Campesina who guided us in our Food Sovereignty work. May the earth rest lightly on you.

The anti-Chevron week of action is coming ✊ Transnational corporations like Chevron hide behind commercial law to defend the market and profit. In contrast, communities sustain, defend and nurture life. Ecuador MUST NOT PAY Chevron. @udapt.bsky.social #DontPayChevron #StopCorporateImpunity

Ecuador must not pay Chevron! ❌ The ruling in favour of Chevron and against Ecuador violates national sovereignty and prevents real access to justice for those affected. As we get closer and closer to the Anti-Chevron action, we reaffirm: #DontPayChevron @udapt.bsky.social

⚖️🇪🇨 The Ecuadorian courts have ruled: CHEVRON MUST COMPENSATE for the damage caused in the Ecuadorian Amazon. More than 30,000 affected people fought for over 30 years to achieve this. #EndImpunity In the days leading up to the Anti-Chevron action❌🛢️, we reaffirm #DontPayChevron

Climate justice and the liberation of all peoples can only be achieved by challenging the systems that allow elites to profit from destruction, and by securing real solutions that centre people, not corporations. We stand in solidarity with all peoples on the frontlines of US-led imperialism

A feminist and just energy transition is built from the bottom up At the People's Summit for a Fossil Free Future, we're among peasant, Indigenous, social, and environmental movements to chart a path toward a fossil-free future, free from the systems of oppression at the root of the climate crisis.

A Feminist and Just Energy Transition means an end to imperialism and all systems of oppression. It means building a Peoples’ multilateralism rooted in Internationalist Solidarity. We’re in Santa Marta at the People’s Summit for a Fossil Free Future to demand just that.

Through Investor-State Dispute Settlement mechanisms, transnational corporations have created their own global private court system. In the face of human rights violations against peoples and communities, this guarantees their impunity. #StopISDS #StopCorporateImpunity

We need a legally #BindingTreaty to pave the way for justice for the peoples affected by corporate violations and to hold those very same transnational corporations to account. Relying on corporations to voluntarily regulate themselves presents a clear conflict of interest and will never work

For a Feminist and Just Energy Transition There is no justice in replacing an exploitative system with a renewable energy system built on injustice, dispossession and extractivism. No land or community should be sacrificed for profit-making in fossil fuels, renewables and beyond.
