This is an oil on canvas painting by my late great Uncle Walter Harwood, dated 1961. He studied at Norman Rockwell's studio in NYC. A woman in my hometown found this in a picker's garbage with a tear. We had it professionally repaired. He did portraits but landscapes were his best IMO.

There's a log of legalese there .. so I found another article about it .. One concern was 2 more ballots than voters in the poll book. This can happen if the poll worker forgets to finish after validating the voter. In our district we periodically ensure these match.
