The sports kids play and their medical decisions are private, family decisions. Props 134 and 135 are vague and poorly-worded, meaning educators like Tee could be forced to police students’ bodies instead of focusing on their well-being and education. Vote NO on Props 134 & 135.

Yesterday, in a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court decided to uphold West Virginia and Idaho’s state laws banning transgender students from participating in school sports teams. Colorado does not have to follow suit. This November, vote NO on Initiative 109.
