Sarah is sitting and has pulled Rini by her wrist into her lap so they're facing one another. Rini appears to be processing the sudden change as Sarah has moved her free arm across the other girl's legs as they face each other. Sarah seems to radiate confidence and some mischief as Rini looks embarrassed with Sarah being so close.

More Foundry VTT map wip. This is for a ship called the PSV Jade Void Sovereign. It's got some critters in it for the players to encounter but overall it's supposed to be a simple encounter, just has a long corridor (center), a bridge (left) and storage area (right). Nothing fancy, I know.

Been doing map creation in Foundry VTT because I found some Alien related tiles online and I can run with those for drawing up stuff. Here's a preview of some interior stuff for a Homestead style map, the top left being a small living area, the rest more of a building for storage and animals.

Doing some custom map work in Foundry VTT, checking the placement and sizing of tiles as well as making sure things line up properly. Some things I still need to adjust and there's going to be other areas to wander in when I'm done. Not used to making a map from complete scratch.

Creating a custom map from scratch using tiles to represent floors, walls, chairs, tables, consoles, and ventilation. The current room that's setup will be used to represent a small colony Security Monitoring and Air/Space Traffic Control room. I considered adding more computer terminals but for a colony that's focused on Homsteading and still very new I felt that it would be housing the minimal amount of equipment and people to run it until it began to grow in size.

So I went down the nostalgia path and ended u0 locating some soundtracks in physical form. Gundam Wing Operations 1-4 and Operation S, The Legend of Dragoon, and Parasite Eve 1 and 2. I still have my PS copies of these games too which makes these great additions.

Here's the 30 Minute Missions Acerby Type-A finished up and on the water base with a splash effect to imply that the thrusters are keeping them aloft. The replacement of the lower legs feels like it adds more character to the kit.

The 30 Minute Missions Acerby Type-A with the Optional Leg Boosters and Wireless Weapons. The Frame is feminine in dark pink with light pink accents with the bunny ears, wireless weapon, and leg boosters are gray in coloration. The wireless weapon is attached to the back and in the powered down state. The leg boosters replace the lower legs from the knee down which honestly is a good look for this model.

Working on the 30 Minute Missions Acerby Type-A. Using the Optional Parts Set 13: Leg Boosters and Wireless Weapon pack. It'll need a base for itself to stay upright but so far it looks like it's gonna be pretty neat.

Head with optional bunny ears and an antenna around the back. Mainly pale pink with a darker pink face shield (in up position) and dark gray/black bunny ears and antenna. Face plate is white with clear red eyes.

Completed body and legs with Boosters and the wireless weapons attached to the back. Still need to do the arms and currently set up to appear to be floating above the water using the top of the underwater themed base I bought a while back (the rest seen in the background). Liking the leg boosters a lot more than the standard legs.

Here's the completed high grade 1/100 Serpent Custom from Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz. It's an okay kit but some of the pieces don't exactly fit flush. This might benefit from a master grade release but I feel it's still a decent kit all things considered.

The HG Serpent Custom mobile suit from the Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz movie. It's roughly 70% legs in light grey and light brown. Armaments include two twin gatling guns, two shoulder mounted missile launchers (16 missiles total), one beam cannon, and one bazooka. This picture shows the model holding the two twin gatling guns, the beam cannon and bazooka are mounted on the thrusters on it's back.

Finished the 30 Minute Missions Acerby Type B model kit. I like that the visor or blast shield is adjustable. I was not too keen on the ankle joints for this as they don't pop into place as much as just sit in place in the foot. Easy to just slip out when handling or rotating.

30 Minute Missions Acerby Type B is a gynoid/feminine android that is mainly dark blue and dark gray with some blue accents. It doesn't have facial features beyond green eyes and comes with an energy knife and a gun.

My neighbor's cat likes to just come over and hang out sometimes. She mostly hangs out outside but has gotten comfortable just inviting herself into my house to say hello or take naps.

The Fire Fox is completed. I think my only real gripe is that the metallic parts are pre-painted over so they need to be touched up if you sand too close or have larger trims from the pieces. The legs have a surprisingly good range of motion though which allows for more interesting posing.

Completed Zoids Fire Fox model kit. Mostly red with silver and gold accents, some pieces, mostly internal, a gray or dark brown. It has a gattling gun mounted on an actuator arm on it's back, allowing it to raise, lower, and see 360 around it with a good angle of view up and down.

There are other spots on the metallic pieces where when I was sanding it down I got too close and it took more paint off but thankfully most of those ended up being hidden and out of sight.

Some progress shots of the Zoids Fire Fox model kit by Kotobukiya. It has sharp teeth. XD

Head of the Fire Fox Zoid. Mostly red with dark brown accents, a silver cockpit canopy, and gold teeth (they're legitimately sharp). I used the green see through plastic for the eyes but this shot doesn't show them very well.

Head, tail/waist, and neck/front back pieces. Continues the rad main color with dark brown, silver and gold accents.

Body completed and adding legs, once legs are done then the back mounted weapon can be put together and added on.

Here's the finished Megami Device Puni Mofu Lang. It's a fun kit to build but also kinda frustrating for me because there's a lot of little pieces to work with that are awkward or hard for me to work on. Would recommend though, the Puni Mofu kits are pretty cute.

The Puni Mofu Lang kit by Kotobukiya is a cat girl themed model kit. Lang has teal hair with white streaks in it, a bikini style outfit in black, white, orange, and clear teal. Shown in the pictures she has her paw hands and is holding a staff with guns mounted at the top.

Picked up one of those Pop Mart: Honor of Kings blind box things today and got Wang Zhaojun - Bing Xue Zhi Hua. The figure line looked neat and I was not disappointed. Look how cute it is.

The Tokai Teio kit from the 30 Minute Sisters line is done, think it came out nicely honestly. Lego Banana Man returns to the photos, I had moved a bunch of stuff and he was kinda forgotten about for a bit. #modelkit

The character Tokai Teio is from the mobile game Umamusume: Pretty Derby by Cy Games. This model kit was a collaboration with Ban Dai's 30 Minute Sisters line and is compatible with other kits and accessories from their 30 Minute model kits. Teio is featured in her racing outfit which is mainly a white and blue short sleevless dress with some yellow accents and a short pink cape.

The skirt in the kit was kind of a pain to put together as it's more like 2 pieces of thin rubber or pvc but it's also pretty neat as it's much more dynamic than a hard plastic skirt and allows for more range of movement. It looks good once it's all put together though so worth the small amount of frustration it took to assemble it. Another interesting point is that the base the kit comes with also encourages more dynamic posing and comes with some accessory pieces to show her running as opposed to aggressively more static standing pose. I chose not to have her posed like that for now and have her standing instead so she'll fit on my computer desk.

New model kits arrived that I had pre-ordered months back. This time it's Zoids! They are the 1/72 scale Fire Fox and Liger Zero Panzer kits from Kotobukiya. Last time I had a Zoids kit it was the small one with a wind up gearbox back in the '90s.

Blokees Transformers blind box kits Orion Pax (left) from the 03 Shattered Universe set and Soundwave (right) came from the 02 Shining 1985 set. The kits are able to be posed pretty well and seem to balance alright without their bases. They also light up when tapped, is neat.

New hobby tools, I got the Black Widow from Harbor Freight on recommendation from someone and the compressor is ordered on Amazon came with some airbrushes and cleaning brushes so I have a couple to play around with. Also got some airbrush paints from The War Painter line.

Black Widow airbrush by Spectrum (black case) and the G25 and E91 airbrushes by Master Airbrush. I am working on getting things setup to be able to use these but am excited to try them out on some miniatures and see how it goes. I also got some starter airbrush paints from The Army Painter line of paints.

And next up we have the model kits for the Pokémon Yveltal and the Frame Arms Girl Stylet (Hand Scale).

The Lego Banana Man is running from Yveltal because it is an angy Pokémon. Kit is made by Ban Dai and was a good time to put together. I attempted the stickers for this one and feel like maybe I should have gone with the markers again just due to how the stickers didn't quite want to line up properly with where they are supposed to fit. Some of them would fit into place for 2/3s of the stickers, then the last 1/3 would shift out of place in defiance just for the heck of it and did not want to settle in correctly.

This is a kit made by Kotobukiya for the Frame Arms Girl line, though this was called Hand Scale so it's friggen tiny. I had a hard time putting this one together as I do not have slender fingers and probably nicked myself a dozen or so times just cleaning the pieces up. Also had an issue with some transfers not sitting correctly and falling off and even ripping after drying so I was a bit frustrated with that.
Overall I think this was a decent kit just maybe not exactly for me, lesson learned though. :p

I got a little behind on my posting of model kits, so here's a couple of Pokémon ones I did. Featuring Scorbunny, Raikou, Suicune, and Lugia.

Pokemon model kits from Ban Dai for both Raikou (left) and Suicune (right). I wanted to show off how the stickers on Raikou looked vs. the marker touch-up on Suicune looked. I'm not exactly great with applying stickers, especially smaller or thin ones, so I tried out using the GM11 Gundam White from the Gundam Marker Basic Set. I feel like it looks cleaner than the stickers by comparison.

So I feel I was out of my damn mind when I bought the Hand Scale Stylet XF-3 Frame Arms Girl kit. This thing is so tiny and I am not very dexterous with small parts. This one may not come out looking as good as previous model kits I've worked on.

Here's a Scorbunny kit from Bandai. I picked it up yesterday and it's not a bad kit, it says it doesn't need tools to remove the parts from the runners but I used them anyways for a cleaner feel. Never was that great at putting stickers on though as you can see.

A cool find from a local comic shop and it was reasonably priced too!

Micro Machines collection of diecast miniatures for the movie universe of Alien. This is set 1 which features Big Chap (the original Alien Xenomorph), Kane with a face hugger on his face, the lifeboat Narcissus, and the commercial towing vessel Nostromo.

So here's Gene (left) and Hresvelgr (right) since I don't have many photos of multiple kits. I think the base that Hresvelgr comes with is better, the one that Gene came with is a bit too prone to vibration/motion so she wobbles a lot.

Gene is now finished and came out looking pretty good. Getting the star glued onto her collar was a little tricky since the tab on the star didn't quite want to fit into the notch. Overall it's a great kit, would certainly recommend it.

Finished Gene's legs so she's all complete now. There's a weapon left to make, some small pauldrons to add on, and another little star to glue onto the collar. Once that's complete I can start on a new kit.

Took a break from working on the Gene model kit to work on the Kotobukiya heavy rifle kit. Seems like it's compatible with the 1/100 scale kits. My only gripe with it is that it doesn't exactly stay in line when fully deployed. There's no latch to prevent it from bending where it folds up.

Closer look at the separation spot where the stock can fold up. The rifle can stay in line as long as nothing presses down on it while deployed. If it's got a little pressure on it then it starts to fold back. It's still a pretty nice kit otherwise though. Would still recommend it for those looking for a sniper rifle like weapon for your model kits.

I found some motivation to continue on the Gene Stellainnocent Version model kit that I started like a year or two ago. Felt like I really needed to push through the pile of shame a bit and get at least one kit out of the way. I'll get to the transfers/stickers at some point.

So I've had this water scene base for a while and got distracted with stuff, so it sat in a partial state. Finally got a chance to get the support rod and the top off the runners. Left one of the paper panels off to add some light on the interior. As usual, Lego Banana Man for scale.

Ban Dai water scene base for model kits can be used with 1/144 scale according to the instructions, but my plan was to use it with my swimsuit Hresvelgr kit once i have that done. Has the ability to show under and above water with splash effect (will finish the effects and alternate top pieces later). Came with 2 cutout paper background panels to put on the blue plastic walls, but I left one off intentionally to add some light through and just to see how it looked.
