Still no luck on LA28 for gymnastics tickets 😭 Come on, someone’s gotta know someone?

“Male gymnasts compete across six events: floor exercise, the horizontal bar, the vertical bar, vault, rings and pommel horse.” Where can I find out more about this vertical bar event? Sounds wild.

So are we just not streaming MPSF champs or what?

I know some of y’all did fantasy gymnastics last year. Where the leagues at?!?

Oh just kidding, let’s just cut the whole feed because medals aren’t important at all, huh? Woof.

Peacock cutting to a paid advertisement instead of showing Patrick Hoopes’ bronze medal awarding is certainly … a choice.

Hey so I don’t like 3 AM gymnastics start times.

I don’t know who can do this or if it already exists, but I’d be much more interested watching a gymnastics meet with a judge doing scoring commentary. I want to see how the sausage is made. Call out the deductions, name each skill being performed, add it all up. Anyone?

Oof, this sport is so incredibly dangerous.

Li Li Leung definitely has something cooking. I think it would be hard to walk away from any (summer) United States NGB with Los Angeles right around the corner. She left it better than she found it and that's all you can ask for.

Wait Justin Ah Chow to Georgia United also? 😮‍💨

Because r/gymnastics is user-unfriendly, let me ask the experts here. Is there an order of importance for competitions? I know FIG has the Technical Regulations 2025 and on Page 5 it lists some competitions sequentially, then the General Judges' Rules 2025-2028 on page 12 has more of a tier system.

Hello new gymternet followers! Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm much more of a consumer than a content creator. I'll try to chip in now and then, but in the meantime if you're unfamiliar with his game, dive into the absolute dominance of Cuba's Erick López at the Pan American Games. 🙃

For those of you in the gymternet wondering what's next after the Swiss Cup, NCAA's start exhibitions in December and the regular season in January. National events more your thing? Winter Cup is slated for February in Louisville. See you there!
