9 games/series that defined my gaming tastes, in a 3 by 3 grid. First row: The Bard's Tale Trilogy, Ultima 4, Ultimate Wizardry Archives. Second row: Asteroids, Dragon Quest 3, Final Fantasy 6. Last row: Wizard of Wor, Pinball Arcade, Doom.

Game purchase includes both the Legacy Edition and Updated Edition with over a thousand fixes and improvements - from enhanced stability and AI to smoother performance, refined UI, and countless quality-of-life updates. You can switch between them in GOG Galaxy. Go to 'Manage Installation' -> 'Configure' -> 'Beta Channels'. You can also download all offline installers in 'Download offline backup game installers' section of your library.

1. The Bards's Tale IV: Director's Cut 2018, inXile Entertainment The continuation of The Bard's Tale Trilogy (1985 - 1990 Interplay), BT IV is a love letter to the original trilogy. I love classic dungeon crawlers, and this game, along with some great music, delivers.

1. Pal world Calling this game "Pokemon with guns" does the game a disservice. Especially since it draws more inspiration from ARK than from Nintendo's franchise. Still in Early Access, the game has a robust feature set with the expected rough edges. Setting up a wells automated base is bliss. 😎

Picked up a.few digital games for the Thanksgiving weekend. From GOG, I picked up both Middle-Earth games and the Humble DLC for Planet Crafter. From Steam, I picked up Elder Scrolls Online Gold Road Collection for my wife. Can't wait to go roaming around Tamriel with her! 😎

Introduce yourself with four games. I ended up picking four series that were pretty influential when I was in high school on my Commodore 64. It was my first computer and these series laid the foundation for so many of the games I enjoy today.
