#BlueSkyArtShow #Holiday #photography #dogs Every year I make a Christmas card in Photoshop featuring my dogs. 2024 was a favorite. It also felt like a corner was turned that year, because all the passion I put into my Photoshop art was now easily surpassed by AI. I'm still sad, it's a loss for me.

Adorable little swarthy purple button mushrooms. No idea what they are, but the color was different. Guesses at ID welcome, I have no intention of eating these 🤢. Central Minnesota in wood mulch.

Three lavender-colored button mushrooms are erupting out of a bed of shredded wood mulch. Very little of the fat little stems are visible -- they are white.

Unfortunately it's a simple cellphone photo taken out of a moving car window, but it was such a stunning sunrise that who cares? From May 3, 2025. #photography #landscapes

The beginnings of a sunrise illuminate some low clouds with a frosting of red. It's still dark out, and the clouds and trees are gloomy and neutral, contrasting with the bright color of the sunrise. There's a pond mid-foreground, and low fog is rising off the surface of the water, giving the entire scene an ethereal look.

The primary goose in the photo is standing on the log with raised wings, facing camera right. The remaining geese are all in distinctly different poses. #blueskyartshow #monochrome This has always been a favorite of mine, of my dog Razzie. It's a poor quality cellphone snap, but the feel of it has always appealed to me. I hope you find something in it to enjoy, too ...

A monochrome cellphone photo of a dog on a gravel road, body facing the camera but head turned as if to look behind him. He is strongly backlit as the sun is low in the sky and it overwhelms the background. His plume-y tail looks magnificent in the backlighting. To the left is a horse pasture with a lone horse in the distance. Pensive mood.
