by late game (spoilers), their influence has blown pigmasks so far into becoming a fascist estate that the entire town leaves and settles in a rundown version of NYC structured by cardboard and toxic waste. your formerly friendly neighbors become crabby, obsessed, etc essentially

this is super nerdy to say but AI is kind of like 1:1 with the happy boxes from mother 3. it resembles tv but actually isn't, theyre just flashing colors on a screen that act as jingling keys injected by big Pigmask artificially into an unknowing populace
