When I was doing some colour testing for another wolqotd (shiny version of our oc), a friend pointed out that red hair on Tayo was giving Dante from NU: Carnival... I just decided to embrace the idea

Oooh, Nael! I'm excited to see what you're gonna cook for the rest of the prompts!

Oooh, I loved following what you did last year! Maybe, I can throw my Tayo in the hat? I mostly associate him with fire (and water....I mean, that's what you need to you make good tea). I will def enjoy seeing this new OC_tober!

Reference sheet for Tayo showing him in different positions (face, back, 3/4) and details (accessories, piercings, close-up of his eyes). He's also shown in full body with his kettles weapons and usual smile showing his fangs.

🔴Red Corsair II🔴 And when the vanilla gear is already pretty perfect, just playing with Glamourer's dye channels is all I need to tie up the outfit. Added Sneef’s Belts+ (link in alt text) for the extra detail, because it felt like this needed a sash! #gpose #gposers

Tayo's RDM Glam show-off.

🔴Red Corsair🔴 I wanted to redo my RDM glam and it ended up looking pretty pirate-y. I wish we could play with the colours a bit more, because some parts dye a little strangely to me 🤔 #gpose #gposers

🌊Open Waters🌊 Setting course towards untold treasures!✨ #gpose #gposers

Tayo is in a boat sailing the Turali sea. He is gripping a rapier stuck into the wood of the boat’s mast, while his feet are supported by the mast and the ropes around it. He’s holding a rolled-up map and looking out of frame.

Tayo is dressed as some sort of buccaneer/corsair, with a cropped leather vest and white shirt, striped pants with an embroidered sash and boots. His outfit is all in brown and red accents.

I don't usually do that much photobashing, so I thought it was interesting to see the unedited shot!

Unedited picture of the above post.

Tayo is on a floatie, floating in a giant cocktail mug. The mug is filled with orange juice. An orange slice and a striped straw stick out from the top of the mug.

🪮Hairstyles🪮 Tayo has a few variant hairstyles (that don't get pictured a lot). I'm still playing around with them, because I'm never sure if the mashups feel cohesive with his OG ponytail 🫠 I'd like to add a braided hairstyle too. Tayo would def let people braid his hair for him! #wolqotd #gpose

A picture of Tayo with different hairstyle variants:

- Usual ponytail
- Slicked-back fringe ponytail
- Untied hair
- Half-ponytail
- Low bun

🚀Rocket Punch🚀 Into the rift, monitoring new opponents! I was so locked in with PvP that I accidentally completed the series. I need sleep🫣 #gpose #gposers

Tayo is riding a Rocket Punch through the Interdimensional Rift. Alpha is flying on Omega’s back by his side. Amidst the blue sparks in the background, an egg-shaped monitor displays a clownish face mask watching the riders.

Hope you'll have some rest and feel better soon✨

Tayo seems to be floating in a blue, cloudy sky. He’s smiling and extending his hand toward the viewer. He’s holding a syringe filled with little hearts, ready to give an emergency love shot to anyone in need!

I like how he had room to grow while retaining his core personality. His overall palette feels soothing to me? Which is a nice contrast to his fierce, resting grump face, that I still find adorable, but he doesn’t need to know that…Blame Moon cats’ Face 4 🥺

Thank you!! That box gave me Jumanji vibes, it had to be featured! It's a shame it's not a housing item. To spawn it in Brio, I used pathfinder next to the NPC that gives us access to the Crucible. And then, I edited it with a picture I took inside the Crucible!
