Shout out to the journalist or editor at APNews who got this into the article about Naoero changing its name.

Screenshot of an article saying that Turkey changed its name to Turkiye, to "in part to avoid confusion by underscoring that the bird wasn't the word"

I took another shot at a more natural transition from belly to... not-belly. I think it looks more natural, but I also think something changed because the colours - despite being the same in the program - look different =w= Hmm... Strange.

I was looking up where specifically the "broken bird statue" was for one of the EX armours in BotW, and I got this AI generated webpage. While it annoys the fuck out of me, it also kinda tickled me.

Finally put the finishing touches on the WIP white version of my fox. Actually had to make some last minute fixes as I went to upload it here.

Okay, that actually puzzles me. It seems there's an almost identical picture from the same time - February 2008 - but it shows Lenna from Final Fantasy V. I'm tempted to say the Lenna one is the original, because it's attributed to Yoshitaka Amano. www.cavesofnarshe.com/ff5/art/

Pondering a change to the model I use in my renders, or rather the texture style. Old vs New On one hand I like the more "toony" look, but it sometimes ends up looking a bit too artificial, whereas the more "fuzzy" look is more organic?

Sometimes, to add a little flair, I'll try throwing a posterize filter on renders. It doesn't always look good, but sometimes it does. This one turned out reasonably alright, I feel.

The stupidest shit amuses me. I have this addon for Blender with a bunch of assets. It has a bunch of tags for conservation status because it includes trees and vegetation, but it doesn't hide them when you're browsing cars. So you get this;

A set of cars, with the side panel showing a list of "Conservation Status" from Least Concern to Endangered, implying the vehicles can be endangered.
