Yes..this right here! "...well, you managed before what changed?", a health professional not believing I need accommodations and Assistance just to live, never mind work. I never "managed" before. After forty years of pretending, I just can't fake Okayness anymore. Thank you Kelly, I feel so seen!

My experience with ADHD medication titration. 50mg lisdexamfetamine, slightly improved my concentration with no noticeable side effects, excluding loss of appetite. 70mg, wow! 300 Characters are not enough! Hoping for minimal side effects.

I feel a profound improvement in my ability to focus after having had my dosage of lisdexamfetamine increased to 70mg.
