I don’t find the thread anymore, but I remember there are plans to make bundling shaders in packages possible. The issue here is that the shader is transformed during compilation for the underlaying architecture, e.g. web is different than iOS. So it is not as simple as bundling assets such as jpgs.

Yeah, I mainly use bloc/cubit too, but I am curious if there is something more reactive/clean/simple. And especially for riverpod I want to know about the benefits compared to the overhead of having code generation, consumerWidget and these naming conventions

Because currently I have to write something like this, just to change the color of the border. And it is not really clear, at least to me, that the `border` parameter's border color and width are ignored.

I wish TextField would have a InputStateProperty.resolve for the border, similar to WidgetStateProperty.resolve, so I do not need to write the same border with different color for each case and there would be no confusion such as the color and width of the border parameter being ignored. #flutterdev

At least there is room for that again. Routemaster was abandoned because Google invested in go_router and I can just imagine how frustrating it is to "fight" against Google, since go_router was advertised all the time. Maybe this will motivate people to develop different approaches again.

That´s probably somewhat true. At least there will not be that many breaking changes which is good. Honestly, I used routemaster for a long time still there was no update for like over a year, since it just worked for me. So we need to see how this will develop and what the future will bring.

I used for routemaster for the longest time, but the author decided to abandon the project since Google focused on go_router. So maybe there is hope now for it to come back. I used beamer like 3-4 years ago and was not 100% happy. But maybe it is time to check it out again too :D

Workspaces are so much faster compared to running pub get in each package individually using melos. I just noticed when I recorded both of these and looked at the video files in my editor. Time to combine melos and workspaces I guess. #flutterdev

Just tried out the new workspace feature for mono repos. The performance is great compared to melos for fetching packages but sadly lacks the other features provided by melos, such as running build_runner in all packages that it requires. I hope this will be coming soon. #flutterdev

Yes, I knew aboutt these, but I was curious about when implementing a new material widget, how do you make sure everything is there, e.g. the widget is accessible or the widget is focusable. What about potential edge cases? Do you have like a checklist for that or how does it work?
