I don't think we will write 100% by hand - but we need to review, challange, edit and approve it. Otherwise we are only a LLM release cycle away from getting replaced.

You are responsible for your output. A bad AI report can be just as hurting as a drunk rant at a company receiption. Not as quick, but on the long run. But is this only a feeling, or does it have any backing?

I've scaled down the AI written output to almost zero. But I've increased the AI research. All the AI tools have become really good at this. Event better if you use project folders, or if possible and compliant a Karpathy Wiki LLM.

Letting AI write is so tempting, but getting so obvious now. If you use it in a corporate environment, it can hurt your reputation. But at the same time you need to deliver more in a shorter time. What now?

Today we start identify AI written context just like video effects in a movie. And even if we can't pin it down, something feels... off. Just not personal, not funny and it's somehow so much text. A never ending text...

Final sundown of vacation. Sad that it ends, thankful for the clarity and calm it gave me. Now starts the hard part I am notoriously bad at… Acting on it. 2026 still has a third to go. Let’s make it count. *caseyneistaringintothesun*

Writing with AI is strange. Today I researched a topic with help of AI and it was glorious. It was fun, it had interesting ideas - an overall great experience. When I asked AI for drafts it was all… Boring and the only way to fix it was to rewrite it myself. Isn’t that hope

Everyday brings a new AI workflow. But I still don’t understand my Obsidian setup!!! 🤦‍♂️ All these workflows feel like serving a machine, not solving a problem. I am an office worker - I can do without graph engineered AI Bots.

The phone is the enemy!! Today I lost hours doomscrolling. Nothing new, we all do it. But yesterday I made the promise to not waste another da, to be fully present… But here we are…. What’s the way out? Leave the phone in another room. BTW - this is the view from the desk.

AI is the biggest chance of making a difference. It is also the biggest opportunity to become stupid. 🤷 The same was said about TV 👇 "It makes the smart one smarter and the dumb ones dumber." But now on steroids 💉 and global reach 🌎 .

When Bots comment on Bots on social media and everything feels boring - maybe it’s time to be weird?
000
Florian Franco @florianfranco.bsky.social · 20/11/2025
When every post, every article is written by AI. When we can’t trust what we see as it might be artificial. Will being human and weird be the big differentiator?

AI made everything feel fake. Trust & Community are becoming the trend.

✨ Listening to your gut feeling is a superpower. 💪 💀 So I’m the backgorund NPC getting killed. ❌ → Working because “I am not really sick” just to blank stare at the screen. → All the energy in busy work, ignoring the big issues But hey - here's a post. 🤷

“you can’t escape yourself by traveling, because wherever you go, you take yourself with you.“ But you can escape the noise and finally hear your inner voice. And btw. that’s exactly what Marcus Aurelius said. If you read the full quote. 🤷‍♂️ (Meditations Book 4.3)

Woah… now it’s on my phone and really works. I’ve never written a single line of Code. I’m just a stupid Sales Dude… It only took me one hour with Claude and XCode. Crazy times ahead.

You don’t need to be polished. You just need to be present. Start small. Build slowly. Show the world what you’re thinking. That’s how we stay in the game. Let’s figure it out together — one post at a time.

If you’re feeling invisible, you’re not alone. Posting once a week. Writing when something feels relevant. Sharing what you're learning. It all helps.

Same goes for turning whitepapers into short posts. Explaining how I used an AI tool in sales outreach. Or simply commenting on a company news item with a real opinion. These are tiny creative acts that compound.

I used to think webinars were boring. But when I started hosting my own — inviting peers, writing summaries, sharing highlights — it was surprisingly fun. Plus, it built visibility.

The people who are staying relevant today do this: ✅ Learn ✅ Share lessons ✅ Create small content ✅ Keep experimenting Not loud. Just consistent.

You don’t need a personal brand strategy. You just need to start showing up. Start small. Stay thoughtful. You’ll be surprised how far that goes.

Also: respect the rules. 📌 Don’t post sensitive info 📌 Don’t use client names 📌 Know your company’s social media guidelines

This builds trust. It shows you're learning. It makes people inside and outside your org see your strengths. No self-promotion needed. Just signal you're alive and engaged.

Repost a company whitepaper → add a short insight from your experience. Try an AI tool your team might adopt → share what worked. Run an internal webinar → record the best 90 seconds as a post. Write a short LinkedIn post based on a project win or lesson.

Coming to terms with new identities takes time, but once we embrace it there’s a calm to it. Like coffee early morning coffee before the world awakes.

We constantly change in small ways and all of a sudden we don’t care about the new Bar or fancy club (way too old for Clubs anyway), but wonder why the Lavender is growing in a strange way. 🤷‍♂️

Life is constant change. Spending all of my life in the City, enjoying the people and life around me - I never thought I would be the garden type of guy. But here I am, enjoying to sit outside in the cool early morning.

If you’re in the middle or later stages of your corporate life, this might be your reminder: You don’t need to go viral. You just need to show you’re alive and learning. Let’s experiment — together.

Over the last 20+ years, I never had to look far for the next role. But now, something’s different. Even highly-qualified people are struggling. The rules have shifted. My conclusion? Being good is no longer enough. Being seen matters too.

🚨Experience ≠ Security (anymore) I keep seeing experienced peers with "Open to Work" on their profiles. People I always thought were untouchable. So I started asking myself: What if I’m next? Here’s what I’m doing about it 👇

Why You Want to Become a CorporateCreator (I’m Starting Too) You’ve spent years building experience. You know your industry, your clients, and your craft. You’ve seen teams grow, projects ship, deals close. But lately something feels... off. Have you also noticed more experienced peers posting “open to work” on LinkedIn? Not juniors. People with strong networks. Years of success behind them. And still — they’re struggling to land something new. If that made you stop and think, you’re not alone. I’m in the same situation. I’ve always moved smoothly from one role to the next. But lately I’m asking myself: What if I’m next? Because something is shifting: is it the rise of AI? is it the fact that internal loyalty doesn’t mean external visibility? is it the changing expectations around communication and online presence? Whatever it is — experience alone is no longer enough. And that’s where this idea comes in: Becoming a Corporate Creator. What does that mean?

More and more experienced professionals are becoming invisible. Not because they lack skill ❌ → but because they stay quiet. ← It’s time to try something new: ❗ Become a Corporate Creator. 🧑‍🎨 Not to go viral. But to stay visible.

If you don't remember what lights you up and protect it, your true self can drown under endless emails, meetings and chores. There are only so many sunny days. I'll spend more of them outside in the city enjoying life with family & friends. What lights YOU up?

I saw people relaxing in cafés, walking along the river or just sitting and enjoying the sunshine. Immediately I felt how much I'd missed this relaxed, buzzing energy and realised how deeply it matters to me. This little moment showed me something very important:
