I've been posting a prompt list for an event I call Florgust every year (follow here if you're interested @florgust.bsky.social) I'm not going to post on time, but I'm going to attempt to complete and share all 32 prompts again this year #florgust

This years #Florgust theme is herbs and spices, which is especially witchcrafty, so I popped outside and composed this photo! I filled the cauldron with my green bubblebath (badedas) and added some flora from the garden! #Florgust2025 @florgust.bsky.social #art #photography #artchallenge

Photograph of a small black cauldron on a mossy stone step. The cauldron is filled with bright green liquid, and in the top is a piece of fern, a rosemary-like plant, a sprig of wild strawberries, and a stirring stick. A leafy vine is coiled around the base and handle of the cauldron. A sprig of red berries is placed at the bottom of the cauldron. In the foreground, out of focus and blurred, is more of the rosemary-like plant.
Photo theme is herbs and spices, for Florgust 2025.

#Florgust day 6 - paprika! (also for prompts: garlic, tarragon, chillies, lemon grass, fennel, turmeric) I painted some silly little guys using turmeric and paprika as paint! #art #Florgust2025 @florgust.bsky.social #cafedot

Photo of a painting of a scene, painted with turmeric and paprika, so it's all in shades of orange and yellow. In the middle of the scene is a bald chibi vampire holding a sprig of tarragon. Surrounding him are little chibi characters: garlic, garlic's sidekick, fennel, three chillies, and lemon grass. The garlic characters are wielding swords at the vampire. The fennel character has a knife!
In the background are two arched hallways with large candlesticks on either side. In the corner are some curtains, and some drapes extend over the archways. The floor is square tiles.

I took some garden pics to start to populate the #Florgust tag! I didn't find any herbs relevant to the prompt list, but yay flora! #art #Florgust2025 #bloomscrolling #photography
