My pokemon TF'd idea for Jacinthe.
Tapu Lele can use it's scales to heal, but it also uses it to toy with people, using too much which causes pain. In the same sense, Jacinthe uses her power/influence to help, but inadvertently also end up toying with people. Felt fitting.
