Ja, das ist softe anti-intellektuelle Rhetorik, aber eher am unteren Ende der Problematik. Wissensgesellschaften produzieren naturgemäß ihre eigenen Widerstände und Widersprüche. Dem mit Szientismus zu begegnen, wäre auch nicht zielführend. Ernährung muss nicht wissenschaftlich sein.
