Made packaging for my new buttons! I've had this button machine for 15 years and I always handed them to the customer in a small bag. This is the first time I've made backing for them 👀

My hand holding two buttons of dark knight and paladin job stone designs, both on a paper backing. The backing is printed with a border, a crown, and my website url text, flareboost.art

I've started a goal of making merch using stuff I already have at home and without buying any supplies. I dusted off the ol' button maker and experimented with gold foil- quite differently than I did 9 years ago!

Photo of a button badge pin with a gold design on a black background. It is the warrior job icon from final fantasy xiv on an ornate pattern. My hand is holding it.

I grew up in an area that is pretty ordinary. And now I live somewhere that's famous/historic with tourist destinations everywhere and influencers are making videos of everywhere around me 🫪

Found the league of legends stuff at Miniso! Could not resist my favorite 💜 (and yes it was that expensive 🥲)

League of Legends x Miniso collab items with tags on them. First is a keychain set of a poro and a poro snax. The poro keychains are 3 dimensional and a PVC material. The second is a minky plush lulu face keychain. She is making a pouty expression.

It is AAPI Heritage month, so I'll explain how my culture influenced my art. 🧵 So if it wasn't obvious, I'm into that spooky cute aesthetic. Pokemon was a huge part of my childhood, and when Diamond and Pearl came out, I adored Drifloon. That game also had the haunted mansion which captivated me!

I drew a chibi of my shop's mascot for new business cards! I've been long overdue for them (and I ran out of my old ones like 2 years ago) so I'm excited to have new ones!

Shop hasn't opened back up yet because I'm still recovering from a cold, but something I'm thinking about is transitioning to my new art style that has changed in the past year. Making a cohesive shop when so many products were made over the span of years is a challenge.
