oh my god it was probably my seat that caused these issues 😭 had no adjustable back rest and was forcing my posture forward which is a big no no for hypermobility

oughh ive felt depressed a bit recently, maybe im just out of wack from daylight savings messing with my sleep schedule but it suckkss probably a bit to do with my muscles aching toooo in a lot of places on my side, arms and chest,, (hypermobilityjjdklwad) need to get a new physio asap,,

you tried to be honest and that sometimes hurts the most. however unfortunately you just . have to be sometimes, that worse breakdown is rly scary but like it had to happen. if you just continued to not Say stuff itd get worse later
