#ICYMI: Support Articles Did you know we have a #FlightRising Knowledge Base with an entire section dedicated to Account & Support? These articles cover a variety of topics! A useful article to know is our Account Penalties Explained article: flightrising.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/art... (1/2)
Screenshot of an article with the headline What are Flight Rising's penalties for breaking the rules? This is followed by a graphic that shows yellow, orange, orange-red, and red rectangles. From left to right, the text in the rectangles reads Warning, Suspension(s), Final Warning, Forum Ban or Account Closure. The rest of the text in the screenshot reads In most cases, a warning will be issued for a player’s first offense. This warning is sent via private message from Flight Rising Support. Repeat offenses or rule violations can—and often lead to—suspensions of increasing duration all the way up to, and including, account closure or forum ban. Players are notified of their suspension (or closure) via a pop-up modal on their next login attempt. If a final warning is issued alongside a suspension, that information will be included in the pop-up notification as well. What’s the difference between an account penalty and a forum penalty?

An account penalty affects a player’s ability to access their account. If you are issued an account suspension, you will not be able to log into your account until the set time has passed (ex: 24 hours).

Forum penalties affect a player’s ability to post in the forums and the Game Database. It is possible to lose your forum privileges but keep your account.

Above the April Fools' toggle is the Item Select Quantity toggle and the Dragon Effects toggle. Both of these toggles were included to give reference points when scrolling your Account Settings, which are found when you click the arrow next to your username in the upper right panel with your account stats and currency count.
