My oldest OC is probably Ugori. I created this guy as a 'nightmare eater' for an OC 'tournament' thing over on DeviantArt (back when DA was cool). This fella needs an update soon. I don't even have the original art file lol. toyhou.se/10492462.ugo... #bweirdOCtober #bweirdOCtober2026 #OCtober

messy sketch of an otherworldly creature. humanoid body plan with a head, neck and upper chest visible but elements are stretched. the head is geometric and angular in nature, like a soft rectangle with a clear mouth with fangs and a pointed chin. two very large clawed hands are visible in front of the chest in an open-hand gesture, with another set of smaller clawed hands in front of those.

There's no avoiding it - Luther is the favourite. He has a few AUs already. His ref image is a good few years old, the sketch is from today. I am still trying to find my way of drawing him that is consistent. #OCtober #bweirdOCtober2026 #bweirdOCtober

illustration of a character - an early-30's muscular man in a dark blue suit with jacket open. white shirt. black boots with red roses on them. the man is heavily scarred from past injuries. he has a birth mark on the right side of his face.

I'm hoping I can get around to something more than a quick sketch but I will also take any victories wherever I can, lol. The past few months have been brutal and my art has taken a hit. Getting my mojo back begins now <3

Update to this post - bsky.app/profile/flic... - I have sat down and gone through as many videos as I can find for Vision for Blender. It definitely has all the base functionality I need for storyboarding, plus the added benefit of 3D. Once I have it, I’ll let you know how it goes. #storyboarding

Need to find some viable alternatives for Storyboard Pro. Currently looking at Vision add-on for Blender (which appeals, so I can make basic 3D layouts and storyboard within), the Praxinos goodies that were integrated into Unreal, or mayhaps investing in TVPaint.

I drew this for something on discord. Made me smile and I like how cartoony it is :3 Enjoy.

Cartoony style illustration of a purple and pink bat-like character, wearing a yellow party hat and blowing a yellow party whistle. Hand-drawn text ‘Birthday Bash’ in white surrounded by rainbow confetti.

I have been struggling so hard to draw for several months now (partyl due to being busy and partly due to perhaps a smidge of burnout). It feels so good for things to be coming back, drawing some of my characters and *enjoying* it. This is my dragonborn barbarian, July :) #dragonborn #DnD

Screenshot - loose sketches, three headshots of the same dragonborn character with different expressions (angry, suspicious, tired).

I also finished this guy - bsky.app/profile/flic... - too. I might be breaking the show's rules a but by putting him in modern-era clothing, but meh, this guy is a comfort character xD I have made his lore fit into the rules *that I am aware of* but taken a liberty. Or two. #Gargoyles

Fan character based on Disney's Gargoyles. Bershe is a tall muscular thickset gargoyle who demonstrates chimerism. In the world of Gargoyles, this means he can express differing features across the body. He is predominantly a coffee-brown colour, except for his right arm, shoulder and wing, and his right lower leg and base of tail, which are all a dark stony blue instead. His face is asymetrical with differen horns and eye-brow ridges. His tail ends in a spiked club. He is wearing stonewashed jeans with holes at the knees and some colourful embroided patches applied. He is also wearing a simple white sleevless t shirt / vest.

Felicity @flickermouse.bsky.social · 06/02/2026

Oooh, so since my last post was one of my #Gargoyles fan characters, I'm gonna post some more :3 I remember saying my Art Fight plans had changed but I still somehow made references for some London clan members. Elspeth, Lorna, and Millie :)

Character based on Disney's Gargoyles (created by Greg Weisman), specifically the London clan where the gargoyles are usually based on heraldic animals. Elspeth is a dormouse-inspired gargoyle in a soft chocolate brown colour with piebald markings on her face (as a mask) and on her tummy. She possesses the gnawing teeth of a mouse but also has small canine fangs that make her a gargoyle. Elspeth is in an energetic pose with one arm lifted in greeting. Wings out-stretched as if mid-flight. She wears a tan camisole top and orange cropped shorts.

Fan character based on Disney's Gargoyles (created by Greg Weisman), specifically the London clan where the gargoyles were usually based on heraldic animals. Lorna is a highland cow with large feathery wings inspired by a red kite. Lorna is thickset and muscular. She has a lot of orange-red hair that almost becomes a mane, she wears it in braids and partially tied back. She is stood in a self-assured lean and has one arm lifted with her hand in a rude gesture to some unseen victim. She is wearing a green and brown ensemble that is more reminiscient of leather armour found in D&D games.

Fan character based on Disney's Gargoyles (created by Greg Weisman), specifically the London clan where the gargoyles are usually based on heraldic animals. Millie is based on a heritage sheep, with large spiralled horns and very thick fur around the head and covering the usually reptilian gargoyle tail. She is curvy and big bodied. Her feathery wings are based on those of a barn owl. Her pose is mid-flight as if she is descending to land somewhere.

Not me, forgetting to switch my Bsky accounts every now and then xD Anyways, huge personal milestone - drew my own Gargoyles fan character today and holy moly it looks okay! Looks close to the show style, which is something I've always wanted to do ;^; I know its a simple goal but it was mine.

Screenshot, half-body view of a Gargoyles fan character. He is a stocky-muscular build with sandstone skin, except for his right shoulder and right-side of face, which is a dark blue-grey. The character has a form of chimerism, where the Gargoyle features are not symmetrical .

two images placed side-by-side for comparison. the subject matter is the same - an anthro griffin in jeans, a crop-top, a sleeveless cardigan that has been shopping and is carrying various bags from shops. one of the images is from 2019 and the other is from jan 2025, where the artist wishes to demonstrate artistic growth over the 5-plus years.

I kinda felt a little disappointed in my art summary this year. In my mind, it felt like I'd done so much more finished work. BUT I still *feel* like there's been some improvements just brewing in the background, things I see in my sketches and doodles and not my finished work. #ArtSummary2024

digital infographic. two rows of tall rectangles, twelve in total to represent each month of the year. in each rectangle is a section of a larger artwork that was completed in that month. January; two Dungeons and Dragons characters, one is a corrupted firbolg and the other is a minotaur inspired by a highland cow. February; a section of a larger snowscape illustration, showing snow-covered cliffs and peaks in the background. March; an expression sketch sheet, showing a single character with various expressions. April; a single Dungeon and Dragons character, a drow half-elf rogue in elegant leather armour. May; section of a colourful illustration, the interior of a plant shop, a single character sings to a plant. June; section of an underwater illustration, showing a seal-otter-like creature swimming with an anthro character through a coral reef. July; section of an illustration, daiten characters gathered around a campfire. August; section of an illustration featuring an anthro character having a calm moment whilst their pets eat a fruit and veg breakfast from a feeding table. September; a human character with white hair (in punk hair style) and black sclera stands in a hallway near a stage, the character is wearing a dark outfit with many chains. October; an illustrated scene full of anthro characters, warm colour scheme, set at a night market. November; the rectangle is blank with the phrase 'uh oh!' December; section of an illustration set in a city back alley, a door is partially open and a chihuahua and an english bull terrier stand guard.
