Trump said Iran's nuclear program was "obliterated" in June 2025. Then came a second war Feb 28. Sept 2 IAEA report: inspectors still can't reach bombed sites, and 440 kg of 60% uranium, enough for 10 bombs if weaponized, whereabouts unclear. Two wars. Zero verification. That's a failure.
