Snapped, Scanned, Scheduled: A New Way to Add Events in Fantastical

Fantastical and Cardhop: enjoyable calendar and contacts apps for Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro. Fantastical is also available on Windows.

010

Flexibits @flexibits.com · 09/09/2026

Sorry for the confusion! You would have to change each individual event from the search results. A bulk edit isn't possible currently.

000

Flexibits @flexibits.com · 09/09/2026

Unfortunately it's not possible to create this on anything other than the Mac at this time. We've let our team know our customers would like more options for Smart Lists outside of the Mac.

000

Flexibits @flexibits.com · 09/09/2026

On the Mac, you can set up a Smart List with the following settings: "Card" "is not member of" "any list (or choose a specific list for this option)"

100

Flexibits @flexibits.com · 09/09/2026

Hi there! At this time there isn't a way to search for specific characteristics in Fantastical, so you would have to know the titles of the events in order to search so that you can make changes to those. We will definitely keep your feedback in mind though!

We checked with our team and looking at the Fantastical code it should automatically advance to the next day. However, if it doesn't you do have the option of using the Shortcuts app (depending on the age of the iPad) to set up an automation to run each night using the "Show Date" action.

010

Flexibits @flexibits.com · 08/09/2025

It's possible that some of the settings in Fantastical would help with this. Including the following: "Start week view on", "Days in Week view", "Only show Day Start and End Hours", along with the "Day Starts At" and "Day Ends At" option. You would have to leave Fantastical open on unlocked device.
