i usually don’t post about it here but i have to REGULARLY go on a rant in my friends gc about how many people in fandom have no decorum and don’t know fandom etiquette or simply how to engage in a fan space. i said what i said.

i’m sorry but… have we lost the plot? like, since when is it okay to BULLY fandom creators and send them threats over tags? or ANYTHING really?? it baffled me. i thought imma read a silly little fic and have a good time but now i’m Pissed.

and insufferable they we were. for the rest of her life.

at some point of the night, pouting and half drunk, gojo slings his arm over shoko’s shoulder and sulkily asks her “how come you never introduced us before?” shoko simply shrugs his hand off of her shoulder and says, “i knew you’d be insufferable as a duo.”

imagine an au in which #satosugu first meet at a new year’s party that shoko’s arranged, she’s their mutual friend but for whatever reason they have never heard about one another. they click together right off the bat and have so much fun that night. gojo thinks he has never met anyone like geto.

i’m thankful for 2024 because it brought me to jjk as a whole and satosugu in particular, my life has been irrevocably changed ever since. also, i’m proud of myself for finally starting to write in english even though i was always so scared and anxious about the perspective and didn’t feel ready

i’ll keep y’all updated (because as some genius on tt said “you never know what battles people are silently fighting, but y’all are gonna know abt mine, i ain’t fighting anything silently, im doing it at FULL VOLUME”)

fleur de serre @fleurdeserre.bsky.social · 18/12/2024

tbh the less i interact with bsd fans outside of bsky, the better it feels like people on x and tt haven’t been reading the same manga as i did

fleur de serre @fleurdeserre.bsky.social · 18/12/2024

i feel hollow, like i’ve been gutted 😔 i don’t even wanna cry at this point. all i can do is wait a bit and come back to reread it in a few days (ive also asked my friend to read it and tell me what she thinks)

fleur de serre @fleurdeserre.bsky.social · 18/12/2024

what does one do when they finish writing the chapter they couldn’t finish for 2.5 months and kinda hate it?

fleur de serre @fleurdeserre.bsky.social · 16/12/2024

since i did such a good job at writing my itfs wip today (1.5k words) after ~2 months of being verbally constipated i get to share this piece 🙏🏻

fleur de serre @fleurdeserre.bsky.social · 14/12/2024

the way i go feral at any and every piece of media or fanfic about love set in high school needs to be studied. i am LITERALLY NOT OKAY anyway, just watched doukyuusei and lemme tell y’all…the ribbon scene? i ate that shit up and left no crumbs.

when i’m telling you the ‘i love you’ theory will be the death of me… I AM NOT KIDDING. like, wdym in jjk0 stage play people read gojo’s lips and tell me he said the deepest, most serious, most powerful version of “i love you” in japanese? 😭 imma need from 5 to 7 work days to recover. #satosugu

but no, it’s all of us… we just can’t say no to a reader who put their thoughts and feelings about our creation into a comment and really, really wanted to see more of it 😭

fleur de serre @fleurdeserre.bsky.social · 09/12/2024

fic readers have no idea how much power they hold over fic writers. like, i thought it was a me thing that whenever i got a comment asking me to write a chapter 2 to a one shot that had little to no chance of being anything more, i’d immediately jump onto it and write more for the commenter

Satoru spent that evening with the hugest smile glued to his face and devouring eight different types of sweets plus his very first birthday /cake/! While blowing the candles he couldn’t help but think, /I hope I get to have birthdays like this one every year from now on/.

fleur de serre @fleurdeserre.bsky.social · 07/12/2024

All of /this/ couldn’t possibly be for him… Like, even he forgot about his birthday how did his friends know about it? He turned around to face them again and was met with a shriek of “Surprise!” and blasts of party blowers.

fleur de serre @fleurdeserre.bsky.social · 07/12/2024

Shoko’s birthday was last month, they had a small celebration, and Suguru’s birthday was in February, which meant that day was… What was even the date? Oh… It was Satoru’s own birthday. The realization hit him with a wave of warmth that came up to his cheeks.

fleur de serre @fleurdeserre.bsky.social · 07/12/2024

It was decorated with balloons, and streamers, and /Happy Birthday!/ in big bold letters all over the wall, and even a piñata hanging from the ceiling. Satoru felt his eyes widen so much they threatened to pop out of their sockets underneath the sunglasses.
