I've made a plan. A dumb plan where I can work on both the Trench Crusade Sorcerer and Pathfinders, to an extent. Also first time using sprue glue, it's messy but can tidy it up. #warhammer40k #nerdlings #tabletopgaming #miniatures #miniaturepainting #tabletop #40k

Decisions to make, try to reprint it for the 4th time or commit to it and it's little (annoying) defects or leave it and do my tau pathfinders?

Was thinking the metallic might be overkill but it seems to fit right in. Going to darken it down a good bit too. Is still a stealth suit, invisible or not. Also realising doing all my "stealth" units in this scheme kinda means a redo of Shadowsun and Ghostkeel as they aren't in the same colours.

From a smooth project to a small disaster. Managed to spill glue, fumble what I was working on into the spill. Forgot how potent that stuff is.Top it off with poking the tip of my thumb with the scalpel Fun night #warhammercommunity #nerdlings #tabletopgaming #miniatures #miniaturepainting #tabletop

Rattle can Retributor gold with a wash of seraphim sepia and then a dry brush of another gold I can't remember.

Little dabble into Trench Crusade as a break between all the Tau stuff. Also the rare time I'll use gold willingly, more a brass and sliver guy. #nerdlings #tabletopgaming #miniatures #miniaturepainting #tabletop #trenchcrusade

2 of 3 piranhas complete. 1 more to go, but going to work through the last few units I have on the shelf before ordering the remaining one, long as the points don't shift again I should finally have an army to play. #warhammercommunity #nerdlings #tabletopgaming #miniatures #miniaturepainting

When I strike a streak of getting hobby done, something without fail will strike me down. This time I met the ground with my face and did a number on my ankle. Yet I persist, the strike team nears and end. #warhammercommunity #nerdlings #tabletopgaming #miniatures #miniaturepainting #tabletop #40k

Was a pain of a day, but I did manage to at least get this little guy done. Small victories an all that. #warhammercommunity #nerdlings #tabletopgaming #miniatures #miniaturepainting #tabletop #40k

4 more Vespids done. Though the idea of doing anything during this heatwave is insane so might take a break till things cool down. #warhammercommunity #nerdlings #tabletopgaming #miniatures #miniaturepainting #tabletop #40k #tau40k

Hay-fever or some plague (or both) has put a dampener on my flow. Though, was able to focus (and not sneeze) for long enough to get a layer and a wash on. #warhammercommunity #nerdlings #tabletopgaming #miniatures #miniaturepainting #tabletop #40k #tau40k

Sorry for the late reply, but the red is mephiston red, then evil sunz scarlet to hit everything that isn't deep shadow. Wash with hellion red wash, then evil sunz again on the high points. Then I haven't highlighted with wild rider red yet.

Now back to more Tau related stuff. Work on getting a 2000pt army ready for this new edition since I missed out on 10th as I decided to strip and repaint all my armys in one go (terrible idea don't do it). #warhammercommunity #nerdlings #tabletopgaming #miniatures #miniaturepainting #tabletop #40k

2 years now since I printed, put together and painted this pain in the ass dice tower for my dnd group. Surprised it's held this long with all the issues I had. #dnd #nerdlings #tabletopgaming #miniatures #miniaturepainting

Little try at skull paint. Definitely need to tidy up the eyes, might redo them as the red doesn't sit with me. #warhammercommunity #nerdlings #tabletopgaming #miniatures #miniaturepainting #tabletop #40k

Coming together. An learned a lesson, don't dirty down and then add paint over. Makes it all pockmarked, which is what it would look like if repainted, just a pain to paint in some cases. #warhammercommunity #nerdlings #warhammer40k #miniaturepainting #miniatures

New tattoo is great and all, though painfully finding out I can't rest my elbow on anything shoulda been obvious. So again, a few more days of no painting for me.

Back to it, weekends off work always kill my flow and neighbour drama in the early hours of the mornings doesn't help the will to been productive either. As always, if it isn't one thing, it's another.

Well, I'm starting to lose my mind between insomnia and not being able to paint. The gas in the heater has froze up due to the weather. Really do need to work on finishing insulating the garage over summer, though I do think the really cold days would still cause me problems like they are now.

After an immediate plan change due to the airbrush primer constantly gumming up the airbrush. Karlach is under way. #nerdlings #miniatures ##miniaturepainting #baldursgate #dnd
