Sometimes you need to step back from the moment to see it clearly. What feels overwhelming right now is still only one moment in a much bigger story. Give yourself room to see the whole picture. #pawsitivity #humanpup #humanpuppy

Day 12 of 77 🔒 Long day is long! Had to pull an all nighter and woke up around 4:27am with cage rage, after passing out on the lounge carpet. #cagecheck #chastityclub #teamlocked #chastity

Your empathy can help you understand someone’s actions without shielding them from the consequences. You can care about someone, understand their struggle, and still let them face what their choices have caused. #pawsitivity #humanpup #humanpuppy

Day 7 of 77 🔒 Musky Alpha is musky. Slowly getting myself back to marathon pace. It's been a long road to recover but damn does it feel good to be running again. #chastity #chastityclub #teamlocked #kink3d #cageckeck

You don't have to rush through every moment. Slow down. Breathe. Notice where you are, who you're with, and how it feels to simply be here. Not everything needs to happen right now. #pawsitivity #humanpup #humanpuppy

Support comes in many shapes. Sometimes a hug, sometimes someone listening, and sometimes simply knowing you don’t have to face something alone. Let people support you in the ways they can, and remember that you can be that person for someone else too. #pawsitivity #humanpup #humanpuppy

Day 5 of 77 🔒 Today marks me getting my 1 month chip from NA and my puppy decided to congratulate me in his own adorable (uncaged for now) way. I'm proud of this milestone and grateful for his support. #chastity #cagecheck #teamlocked #chastityclub #kink3d

Self-respect isn't thinking you're better than anyone else. It's knowing what you deserve, honouring your own boundaries, and refusing to abandon yourself just to keep someone else comfortable. #pawsitivity #humanpup #humanpuppy

Totally agree with you. His concept of work is a little warped shall we say. He gets oodles of play time - usually when I'm in a meeting or lying on the bed after work/gym/run or doing housework lol

It is a glorious smoke - still to try with a punch instead of a guillotine cut to see how it compares. It is the favourite for my puppy too; it is his namesake and one of the first he ever smoked.

It couldn't have gone any differently, because it didn't. You can wish you'd chosen differently, acted sooner, or known more. But the past doesn't need rewriting. It needs accepting. #pawsitivity #humanpup #humanpuppy

Day 3 of 77 🔒 Today I learnt that London has permanent portaloos near Soho. Most perplexing is how clean they were given the high foot fall of that area! #chastity #cagecheck #teamlocked #chastityclub #kink3d

Day 2 of 77 🔒 A #cagecheck last night at the bistro. My pup is really enjoying having his Alpha being caged while the little shit is uncaged (for now). #Locktober is coming and he's going back where he belongs 😈 🐶 #teamlocked #chastityclub #chastity #kink3d

Thank you *hugs* unfortunately, it happens to our siblings every day at least once; sometimes a mistake, sometimes out of malice, sometimes out of confusion... Other times it's a pattern by those that know us for years and that is where it cuts deepest.

Amen! Open, honest and compassionate responses on both sides of the fence helps us all understand and accept each other, I feel.

Enjoying a quiet glass of Sancerre and a cigar at the bistro my puppy works at. It's been a week, and I can't think of many places I'd rather be. Something about the Loire Valley in the glass and his namesake in the smoke just makes me content.

Nothing stays exactly the same forever. Sometimes life shifts in ways we didn't expect, and that's okay. You don't have to understand every change or know where it will lead. You can simply meet it as it comes. #pawsitivity #humanpup #humanpuppy
