I'm considering ignoring the bright blue highlights that you see in the 1st two photos and simply going with a dark blue and then dying wefts the neon/dodger blue and adding them to the back. Those are all skills I've done before so I'm decently comfortable with that 🤔

Finally here is the full costume on display. The front buttons also go on with Chicago Screws. When I say I'm literally screwed into this costume I'm not lying.

A big piece is also the airtank he has on his back. I added grommets to the back of the coat that are hidden by a leather band and I use Chicago Screws to hang the airtank to the small of my back. It also screws into the leather belts from above for more support.

Freminet's wet suit has a cool sleeve detail so I used some ripstop material I painted teal and added the gloves. I ended up keeping the gloves separate so I could take them off for sensory issues.
