Best advice I can give as someone who DOESNT have the same issues but also struggled, the longer you wait the harder it'll be 🫂 and getting good sleep, socialising in real life with strangers (the biggest one tbh) and working out helped me massively in my journey to both employment and regaining

Yeee no dw I didn't read it like that, I have big overlap of both kinds of ADHD, diagnosed as a kid and then again as an adult, we both nerfed fr twin. We gotta do the best we can with what we got. Not the same struggle ik but both incurable (cuz I'm never getting this medication brah)

Yeah same with the last part, I moved to my dad's after I finished school and college and he lives in the middle of nowhere, lived there for a year during covid and stuff and I legit forgot how to socialise and became the most awkward stupid ass guy ever 😂

For me my brain is ADHD riddled and I can't get medication for it because the waiting list is so long and also I managed to just unsocialise myself for a time around COVID which made life hard for a while until I fixed it. Sucked but yeah I got through it with compensating with recordings and

I volunteered at a village shop for a year and was a mess, then I worked in a pub then moved, then shop then office job. It was hard but the more time you spend at work or in the world the better you get at it Also got paid by government for a time but didn't like it, found it quite degrading

Truth is bro what your describing is exactly what happened to me, but I got better, got new jobs and now I don't make a fool of myself. Tbh took me 2 years of being a fool and a 3 month course to get a good job where I still made a fool of myself occasionall, but it's okay it's just how I'm wired 🔥
