I think a more rational explanation for different responses to fighting games vs other genres is in-game downtime. FGs you are always interacting with the opponent; in shooters, etc. there's times where the enemy just isn't there yet or the team is making space, so you've got time to play around.

#MTG so Lita, Mechanical Engineer doesn't have an official token for her zeppelin, right? Well, I figured I'd flavour something up for my vehicle deck, upload it to archidekt, and voila!

A custom Magic the Gathering card produced via Card Conjurer to replicate the official black border style. The artwork is concept art from "Wavenwater" Micheal Guimont from Crash Team Racing: Nitro Fueled, depicting the blimp next to the last corner on Hot Air Skyway.

Had a tiny scare during the production of the Choro Q HG video. The PAL ver of HG4 is a slower game overall and the target times for events is adjusted. Some of the text didn't get the memo. I thought I'd made something impossible for myself when it was just a tooltip using the NA time by mistake.

Been playing Screamer. It's bonkers. It's one of *those* games where I can't recommend it to the general public but if you're the right type of crazy this game is absolutely perfect. It's truly one of a kind from the control scheme to the story and presentation.

Making a video on the Choro Q HG games. Finished footage and script drafts for 1-3. One remains: Just named Choro Q in EU/NA, it uniquely has a full plot with cutscenes and dialogue. Last run wasn't that long ago however, I might appreciate something to spice up the footage run. Do I stream it?
