Years ago I began to create my own traditions for “holidays” based around my beliefs. Fitness has always been one of my anchors. After hearing of a friend I went to highschool with that passed away this week, it’s a stark reminder that nothing is promised. Days are not promised. #fitness

I’ve been grieving deeply the past couple of weeks. Grief knows no bounds. It has no limits. It is not linear. It comes in waves. It’s the absence of the love that used to fill that space. A space that can’t be replaced, we move on, but in our hearts, the space they took up still resides.
