A problem I have is if I'm alone with my thoughts at night, I have existential dread. So I either go to bed at a reasonable time, but lie there with The Thoughts™️, or stay up until I'm at the point I immediately drop off whenever I do get in to bed

I'm constantly in my own head lately over if anyone actually likes me. The only exception being my partner, probably because I trust them so implicitly. But I've never been this insecure and I don't like it.
