Our first publication of 2026 is out. We show how cultivation site and depth shape shell form and color in green mussels (Perna viridis) from the Bay of Bengal using morphometrics and color profiling. Shell traits act as bioindicators and guide better mariculture management. doi.org/10.1016/j.aa...

🎉 A major milestone! For the first time, we successfully fertilized and hatched Delta Smelt larvae using cryopreserved sperm. This breakthrough offers new hope for the spawning success and conservation of this critically endangered species. Interested? Please see the video 😊

The final batch of endangered longfin smelt has hatched! Despite challenges in broodstock availability, we have 70,000+ larvae at 40 dph. Excited to track survival and growth performance at 80 & 300 dph with diet & tagging experiments. Huge thanks to our collaborators! #Conservation #Fisheries
