Dark money nonprofit Colorado Dawn gonna send these #copolitics texts every day until Nov. 3 i guess. They spent more than $60K on this shit last weekend. Search for 48-hour reports on ballot issues here: tracer.sos.colorado.gov/PublicSite/S...
A text message fro Colorado Dawn telling people to vote for Prop 136: "Ensure Colorado families never have to pay more than 4.4% ever again! No cut to services. No revenue loss. Not a dollar less to schools, healthcare, or state programs. Just predictability for families and small businesses. The best way to make Colorado affordable for working families is to cap the income tax. Vote YES on Proposition 136! To end, reply STOP."

From the emails national group will spend on #copolitics AG contest between D Jena Griswold and R Michael Allen.
WASHINGTON, D.C. —  The Republican Attorneys General Association (RAGA) today announced nearly $7 million in August political spending across 13 states, launching an aggressive early offensive barrage to defend Republican attorneys general and flip Democrat-held offices across the country.

The initial spending is phase one of RAGA’s fall campaign and begins immediately with a mix of digital and television advertising.

The spending will support Republican AGs in Iowa, Kansas, Georgia, Ohio, Florida, Texas, and AG nominees in Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Wisconsin.

"The contrast could not be clearer: credentialed Republicans versus crazy Democrats. RAGA is fortunate to have exceptional candidates in every race this fall, a severe contrast with crazy Democrats who coddle career criminals and support no cash bail," said RAGA Executive Director Adam Piper.

#copolitics Barb Kirkmeyer's statement on #cogov contest. ending: "I’m still proud of the campaign we ran… and, for the record, I still haven’t killed anyone."
Senator Barb Kirkmeyer's Statement on the Conclusion of the Republican Primary

(Denver, CO – July 9, 2026) – Today, Senator Barb Kirkmeyer issued the following statement on the conclusion of the Republican primary for governor:
“I’m incredibly proud of the campaign we built and the race we ran.

Thank you to every volunteer, supporter, and member of our team who gave their time, energy, and heart to this effort. None of this would have been possible without you.

Together, we offered a clear vision for the future of the Colorado Republican Party, one rooted in common sense, hard work, affordability, and the values that made Colorado the best place to live, work, and raise a family.

While we came up short in what appears to be the closest Republican gubernatorial primary in Colorado history, I’m grateful for every voter who placed their trust in us.

Now the voters will make the final decision in November, and I hope they choose the path that is best for Colorado.

I’m still proud of the campaign we ran… and, for the record, I still haven’t killed anyone.

Thank you, Colorado. It has been the honor of a lifetime.”

Is anyone interested in running against Weak Minded Lauren Boebert in Colorado’s Fourth Congressional District? You remember Lauren moved to the District when it became obvious that she couldn’t win in her original Congressional District (The Third!) — A Carpetbagger, indeed! Boebert is campaigning for the Worst “Republican” Congressman in the History of our Country, Thomas Massie, of the Great Commonwealth of Kentucky, and anybody who can be that dumb deserves a good Primary fight! Even though I long ago endorsed Boebert, if the right person came along, it would be my Honor to withdraw that Endorsement, and endorse a good and proper alternative. Just let me know, or announce your Candidacy, and I will be there for you! President DONALD J. TRUMP

Guess he reads @notus.com www.notus.org/trump-white-...
From the White House

Trump waded into the D.C.-Maryland-Virginia sewage crisis yesterday in a Truth Social post accusing Maryland Gov. Wes Moore of “gross mismanagement” over one of the largest sewage spills in U.S. history.

The thing is, it’s actually Trump’s own Environmental Protection Agency with the regulatory authority over the DC Water-owned pipe that burst and spilled millions of gallons of sewage into the Potomac River last month. The pipe will take nine months to fix. While there’s a plan in place, E. coli bacteria have already escaped into the river, making it unsafe for recreation and pets.

Curious timing: “The president’s own EPA explicitly refused to participate in the major legislative hearing about the cleanup last Friday,” a spokesperson for Moore said. “Apparently, the Trump administration hadn’t gotten the memo that they’re actually supposed to be in charge here.”

What the experts are saying: Trump’s post won’t do anything other than draw attention to the issue, Betsy Nicholas, president of the Potomac Riverkeeper Network, told NOTUS’ Anna Kramer. She also added that she is confused about why Trump said in his post that FEMA would be responsible for managing the crisis.

“I've been doing this work more than 25 years, and have never interfaced with FEMA,” Nicholas said.
Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., who are responsible for the massive sewage spill in the Potomac River, must get to work, IMMEDIATELY. If they can’t do the job, they have to call me and ask, politely, to get it fixed. The Federal Government is not at all involved with what has taken place, but we can fix it. But remember, even in that case, with the Democrat Shutdown, we’ll have to bring in true Patriots to do the work because many are not working right now. These Democrat caused Disasters, both River and Shutdown, will only get worse. The two Governors and the Mayor of D.C. must act, IMMEDIATELY. This is a Radical Left caused Environmental Hazard. With all of their talk about carbon footprints and everything else, they’re allowing hundreds of tons of sewage to pour into the Mighty Potomac, making it much less mighty. ACT FAST. I am awaiting your call. Thank you for your attention to this matter! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP
