i don’t think pronouns are a mental illness, but even if they were i don’t think that would affect the quality of what people make, some of the greatest artists were mentally ill so if anything wouldn’t it improve the game?

i agree with you that most people aren’t going to want to work at blizzard due to the bad wages and awful conditions but talent and gender have no correlation in programming so i fail to see your point
