Aside from Washu being in lesbians with Naja, I would argue Kajishima's post-2000 work has been needlessly convoluted and has done more damage to the series than anything else. They are akin to Lucas's unrestrained indulgences in the prequels or JK saying the wizards just shit on the floor.

AI usually has smeary, weird artifacts. Those all genuinely look like human errors to me. Here some 100% non-AI images from OVA 5 that looks worse the longer you look. Hands look weird, Mihoshi is missing ears and arms, eyes are different sizes, etc.

mihoshi is missing an ear and part of her leg on the right. there's also a random line that might be miscolored pants? hands are different sizes and drawn weirdly. ayeka's headress is offset.

mihoshi's hand is not attached to any visible arm. tenchi's eyes are offset

washu is completely out of scale with the other characters. mihoshi has tiny t rex arms, all the faces are bad

mihoshi have offset eyes, a hand not properly connected to her arm, poor anatomy in general

It really depends on the series and even the artist. OVA3 gave her the most boob, but that feels pure Kajishima. The new designs remind me of something but I can't quite place.
