Conrad “Cronos” Lant of Venom has died aqed 63. His voice, bass and vision helped shape extreme metal, inspiring generations through landmark albums including Welcome to Hell and Black Metal. Our deepest condolences to his family, bandmates and fans. Rest in peace, Cronos. The music lives on.

Gary “Angry” Anderson, the legendary Rose Tattoo frontman, has died aged 79. For five decades, his unmistakable voice helped shape Australian hard rock, while his work as an actor, youth advocate and charity ambassador reached far beyond music. Rest in peace, Angry. Thank you for the music.
