Notes seperately: (added in alt text)

Notes:

1: "Somewhat of a hopeless romantic, Xue finds herself easily enraptured in romance novels, finding guilty pleasure even in the most cliche of pulp fiction. Though she'd never admit it aloud, she's spent many a night giggling and kicking her feet at fictional characters, kissing."

2: "Rather than opt for the commonly used clothing slit for wing and tail accommodation, Xue's love of flowers non form fitting clothing prefers an additional sleeve sewn in. Does not show base of tail or wings."

3: "Xue's power noteably manifested under the rat as illusionary magic."

4: "In order to maintain cleanliness creatures with feathered wings must preen their feathers several times a day, sometimes requiring hours of work. For more effective preening: bathing for a short time can make it easier to loosen dirt and debris."

Slowly going through and making character refs for artfight (I've never joined before so I'm a bit scared) ♡ Have a Jenna drawing !

A reference sheet for Jenna, a girl with red brown hair, freckled skin and amber green eyes. In image left she wears house guard armour with a green cloak, in image right she wears a blue dress with a big bow, wielding a chair as a weapon. Small chibi's of her blushing and looking excited are aside. Text reads: Jenna, house guard, age 19, height 165cm (5'5FT). She has a massive crush on her co-worker Oscar. She has freckles and unevenly cut hair

;; I don't have a clever caption I just realised it was a crime I hadn't drawn them before, so have a SummersSalt doodle [I will quietly tag #SumsaltArt here as well and then return to the artist cave from which I came]

Fanart of SummersSalt: A grey haired vampire looks out beside a portrait frame, their red glasses the brightest part of the canvas despite their elaborate outfit

Recently joined a short Vampire: The Masquerade game so please have a drawing of my character’s touchstones and sire 😊

A set of three portraits. The first is of a grey bearded man with grey eyes, his name reads: Matthew Lyle. The second portrait is of a tired man smoking. He has darker grey hair, a pale complexion and brown eyes, having the name Edmund Lowell. The last portrait is a young woman with a sceptical expression, her hair is a dull blonde and her eyes are brown. She has a scattering of freckles and her name is Lisa Slater.

Art trade I did with @ventiar121.bsky.social (I drew it on magma just because I’m a fool (and I wanted to))

Main Illustration: Arknights style illustration of a dragon girl with dark brown hair, bronze horns and light armour. She wears a large coat and a brown suit.
Doodles:
1 Illustration depicting the back of Juno’s hair, tied up around horns for washing
Caption: Hair Up To Avoid Water. Horns in animals moderate thermoregulation, it follows they’d be sensitive to temperature changes, but would still need hydration, like nails. Would use a damp cloth if not soaking.
Bronze horns may occasionally need wax to stay bright. I.e Suncare equal to skin
2 Close up of how horns attach to the skull. Caption: Juno’s horns attach straight to the skin without any gradient.
3 Juno in a dress and corset (showcasing position of tail hole) beside a showcase od holes to put in clothing for a tail to go through. Caption: The Empire has a diverse acceptance of clothing, so fashion atelier’s stock for a wide variety of limbs,, such as tails, wings and horns. Juno’s preference for tail openings is a hole rather than an adjustable fastener. This would be quick to get into, at the cost of easy adjustment.
4. Juno reading in a loose nightgown. The back of the book reads: A romance between a long lost…
Caption: Ser Solus is fantastic at her job, but on occasion one might wonder if she may be happier in another one.
5. An illustration of child Juno holding what seems to be her brothers hand. She has short hair and seems to wear a long dress. Caption: If only Ser Solus could remember her brother’s name.

drew @johnnytuxedo.bsky.social 's bug girl Sprinkles (entirely normal happy little bug yay!) 👁️ (Nice to draw monsters again sometimes)

A monster like bug girl who is spliting from her exoskeleton. Based on the design of a blue wasp, she keeps a wide smile despite the splitting.

A fairy girl sits ominously in a chair (pose based on a senshistock reference!) Aside rough sketches of other character in various states of looking at the audience (amused (Juno and Siyu), tired (Darius) and angry (Ailith))

I was too sleepy to post yesterday but a few of us doodled on the same canvas together, this time with character designs made from emojis! Mine were 🧟‍♀️👩‍🦽🐬, so I decided to made an undead dolphin mermaid with a no longer functioning tail, who was originally killed by the pirate crew who fished her up

A zombie mermaid cuffed to a wheelchair, her tail is fish bone, her hair is a blue green and behind her is the lines of a mirror with a pirate in it
