I'm trying a more realistic painting style ! It's really hard so Sinix Design's skin tutorial is a life saver. I want to get better and I can already tell it's the first time I manage to paint so well so I'm hopefully (It's thanks to the skin tutorial, it's so well explained!)

Illustration for my novel! I tried a different coloring style and I'm quite happy with it. It's a scene I'm not even sure will exist, since it's in volume 2 and I haven't written it yet. But I needed to give in to the artistic impulse that makes us draw mermaids in bathtubs and whales in the sky.

I chose pink for Lanfear because it's the lightest color of the lot, so it matches her white better. I couldn't come up with a design I liked for golden hawks in flight of the diadem of the first, so I just decided it would be golden feathers instead. #WoTFanart #TheWheelofTime #Lanfear #Berelain
