Extremely frustrating app update stuck in "pre-processing" not even allowing for a chance of pushing the update that fixes bugs

0110

FireCube @firecube.bsky.social · 21/12/2024

This is not a security issue, it is just an issue with using the refresh token. All credentials are still stored securely in the Windows Credential locker. The cause of the bug is here: github.com/FireCubeStud...

⚠️IMPORTANT NOTICE⚠️ Yeah the app is broken in 0.4.x that added 2fa support. It breaks usually a day after first login I'm trying to publish fixes however Microsoft Store certifications close during weekends. So it may take up until next week for the fix to rollout NEVER PUSH TO PROD ON FRIDAY

1200

FireCube @firecube.bsky.social · 20/12/2024

The next update will add a "fix", it will not show that popup UI. The "error" will still be there, it is not a serious error just something to do with timing mismatch when refreshing login where i try to load posts before login completes

100

FireCube @firecube.bsky.social · 20/12/2024

is this on windows 10 or 11? It would be great to open a GitHub issue with details including possibly a recording github.com/FireCubeStud... I have fixed similair issues by someone else in the next update and also a new error ui that allows for viewing errors with more details
