Updated my tier list for ALL the trials based on Difficulty when it comes to Intensive/Psychosurgery.(Chemical leak update) Several things have moved since my last list which is kinda surprising honestly

5 - Locksock The Warden -Only gets hard once you reach the panopticon -Crafting certain bombs and levers makes this trial WAY easier -Built-in exit rush makes things easier -Biters are a joke(until buffed somehow) -claustrophobic in some parts -BI ICON 🏳️‍🌈💅💕💋

002

FireBB Reagent @firebbttv.bsky.social · 11/05/2026

9 - Silence The Idol -While not hard, it's def a long one -The ONLY area that's difficult is upstairs when it comes to finding batteries and redoing the tapes -Infinite battery resource makes this trial much easier -No one patrols the end, so the finale is ez -Poor O&A in another dark map

Updated the tier list with the new MK's and move "Release the Prisoners" up a spot considering coop makes it harder, but not by much The new MK's are a fair challenge all things considered when comparing it to other trials.

011

FireBB Reagent @firebbttv.bsky.social · 12/01/2026

Made a tier list for all the AMPS(perks) in Outlast Trials rn. This list takes both PvE and PvP into consideration when it comes to what's strong atm. Also, don't let this list differ what you want/like to use! If you like Battery Charger, use it! #TheOutlastTrials

010

FireBB Reagent @firebbttv.bsky.social · 08/01/2026

Took like an hour to figure this out, BUT I DID IT! This is a tier list of ALL the trials and their difficulty based on Psychosurgery. I'm not going to explain every trial like I do in my main trials list because it would take 5ever. #TheOutlastTrials

001

FireBB Reagent @firebbttv.bsky.social · 31/12/2025

4 - Despoil The Auction -Def the trial that takes the LONGEST to complete -Having to juggle multiple items can be a pain -Almost no where is safe from Liliya, so you HAVE to be on edge 24/7 -Oddly enough, not as many enemies as you might think -Liliya will test your game sense and awareness

Not a very eventful year(given that I "quit" early this year), but it's nice to see for how little I did stream, I was at least in the top 10% for Outlast which is pretty neat!

001

FireBB Reagent @firebbttv.bsky.social · 07/11/2025

8 - Kill The Politician -Enemy spawns are super predictable and don't change much even from Standard. -TONS of room to run -Enemies are more or less shoved in the stores and the back hallways, So you don't see them out in the open often -Endgame is not as hard as it seems since it's just O&A

100

FireBB Reagent @firebbttv.bsky.social · 06/11/2025

3 - Liquidate The Union -Possibly the hardest to A+ due to Franco constantly shooting you at the end -The mansion section is not only hard, but even escorting the Union boss out of the mansion is tough due to the amount of noise you make escorting him -You almost never run out of items

200

FireBB Reagent @firebbttv.bsky.social · 05/11/2025

Here's the updated tierlist for the main trials based on Psychosurgery. I've posted reason as to why they're hard + tips for all the trials minus Liquidate the Union and Kill the Politician since those are the 2 newest trials to be added from my last list. I'll be posting those for them later.

I like how PvP is what FINALLY gets the Stun rig it's big nerf. This change was LONG overdue imo since the stun rig has been META ever since the game went live. It's still strong, but probably not number 1 anymore, that might now be the Jammer. #TheOutlastTrials
