If George Conway thinks his best electoral hope is in a Manhattan district, it is my good fortune to be able to vote for him.

I think Congress right now is the right place for George Conway. At this point I am a one issuer voter, and that is effective opposition to Trump and his destructive vision for the US and the world.

I can't think of a Democrat in this State -- especially those competing in this district -- who can compare to Conway in standing up and arguing strongly and passionately with all their resources in favor of democracy and decency and against Trump and mobilizing others to oppose the current Regime.

There are only two parties right now: those who support Trump or are fine with him so long as milk and gas prices are low (and stock prices high). And those who care about democracy, telling the truth to people, and treating others with compassion and decency. And who oppose Trump in their core.

What "Democrat" -- especially in this district -- is leading the fight? What Democrats throughout the country -- although they oppose Trump and his policies -- have put themselves on the line in opposition? Damn few, too few. So yes, I am supporting George Conway.

I am a staunch Democrat who lives in NY-12 and I fully intend to support George Conway in the Democratic primary. The preeminent-- at the moment the only-- issue that matters is effective opposition to Trump, Vance and the fascistic architects & enforcers of current US domestic and foreign policy.

And if he thinks his chances of election are in my Manhattan district then I'm fortunate to be able to cast a vote for him.

Where have the "Democrats" been? What Democrat in NY State -- especially those competing in this district -- have stood up and argued strongly and passionately with all their resources and mobilized others to oppose the current Regime?

And I will support anyone who has strongly, consistently, and articulately spoken out against this cabal. Many who have taken on this role are ex-Republicans, for example, the Lincoln Project, George Conway, as well as several newscasters on MS-NOW. Their original affiliation is unimportant now.

Unless something new comes to my attention I'll be supporting George Conway running for Congress in my district. The preeminent -- at the moment the only -- issue that matters is disposing of Trump, Vance and other vile fascistic architects and enforcers of current US domestic and foreign policy.

I worry that the security and legitimacy of the next elections has been fatally compromised. If as knowledgeable a person as John Warner is concerned that the safeguards against interference from the Chinese — or whoever— have been dismantled, I think it’s probably time to panic (thoughtfully).

I am left to wonder if the story of the tariffs will finally be of the greatness of Donald Trump and his masteful management and rewriting of the world order?f

In a story on Kash Patel, the "honest broker" voice-over tells us the "true story" of the Mueller investigation: that the allegations of collusion between Trump and Russia were proven not credible, and that the FBI used the "largely discredited" Steele documents as the basis for their work.

Is the last chapter of the Mueller investigation to be written by Trump? When MSNBC promulgates his and Bill Barr's) false narrative, who will champion the truth in the public square? Today, MSNBC has fueled future revanchist historians-- or will those few who remember be the revanchists?

Or maybe he is just a eugenicist who thinks untreated disease will cull the population and reduce the “welfare” burden.

My question is: don’t these people think they might need one of the treatments that won’t be available? I don’t know what joy musk takes in violently rooting out people— but in the mean time before scientific research is monetized in his favor, doesn’t he even faintly worry about his health?
