There’s an episode of “Perversions of Science” featuring a MTF story line. They travel to the past and end up being f***ed by their past life male self.

My EufyMake E1 printer has basically become unusable, and support has me chasing my tail with repeated tests, cleaning cycles, photos, logs, and the same troubleshooting over and over. That is, when they bother to reply at all. At this point I’ve used all my ink trying to prove there’s a problem.

A group called Family Watch International has been investigated for connections to anti-LGBTQ+ legislation in Uganda, Kenya and Ghana — including Uganda's "Kill The Gays" law. Its president and board member, Raw Story found, just donated to Andy Biggs' Arizona governor's race.

Hey Classic Movie Haven (YouTube). Did you really need to use an AI generator to make this thumbnail? Especially since it has a different woman than Carol Ohmart.

Photograph of a television displaying an AI-generated YouTube thumbnail for the 1959 horror film House on Haunted Hill. The thumbnail depicts Vincent Price in a tuxedo holding a mysterious box beside a frightened blonde woman, with a skeleton standing behind them. The video is titled “Vincent Price’s Original Horror Classic | House on Haunted Hill (1959) Full Movie HD.” A collection of dolphin figurines and a decorative parrot sits on the shelf above the television.

The dark side of AI is that it can become a substitute for human connection, and that’s not AI’s fault. When people are constantly ghosted of course something that listens and responds starts filling that space. If that bothers us maybe we should also be asking why people need it in the first place.

“Are you a man or a woman?” - I’m a radio operator “But what is your gender?” - Transmitting “Yea, but what’s in your pants?” - Capacitors, resistors, a diode, a couple of transistors I think.

Maybe it’s time we stop putting furs on pedestals. Too often toxic, xenophobic, or worse behavior gets ignored or excused because someone is popular in the fandom. A big following shouldn’t come with a free pass to be a terrible person.

After a long swim away, this dolphin is finally swimming back into Finnley’s Audio Adventures. This time I’m trying something a little different: a reel-to-reel tape I found on eBay. I’m keeping the recording itself a surprise for now, but I think it’ll make for an interesting little audio adventure

A vintage Roberts 1630 reel-to-reel tape recorder playing on a table, with two clear tape reels mounted on top and its illuminated meter glowing. An articulated overhead camera or lighting arm extends above the recorder, positioned for recording the machine in operation.

Probably the best Windows 9x defrag simulation I've seen thus far! defrag98.com It's a more legit simulation than I've seen before. So each time you load this up you get a new virtual drive that's differently fragmented, rather than just playing back a preset animation

Windows 98 Disk Defrag Simulator

The classic Windows 98 Disk Defragmenter, free in your browser. Pick a drive, cue the HDD sounds, and relive 1998.

Oh, how clever. The humans have finally started poking around the ocean floor. Look at them down there with their little machines, excitedly “discovering” things we dolphins have known for eons. Go on, surface dwellers. Keep looking. You’re getting warmer. www.youtube.com/live/VoIO56H...
