Higher levels = higher chance. This would make high-tier hoes more useful and rewarding for farming! Thanks for your great work. 010

I'm looking at the new Crafter Cape, and honestly, I really preferred the approach taken with the MCC cape. Having a cape that everyone can claim and where you actually just have to play and achieve something in-game to earn it. 130
