The job search kanban app is coming along. Without any international job listing apis it will have to be a purely swedish service. Are there any out there?

To say that I am "reading" Walden is less accurate than saying that I am looking at the words in sequential order, occasionally managing to connect them into coherent concepts. #booksky

hell yeah i’m ready for the agentic era. the agent i am most excited for is agentlebreeze on my face as i gaze upon the beauty of nature in a moment of serenity and contentedness knowing that at least this sanctuary survived us (i am staring wistfully, knowingly, into the pond at zoomies zone)

22 Cells in Nuremberg (Douglas Kelley) is a real fly-on-the-wall experience. As important reading today as it was 70+ years ago, if not more so. #booksky

When I was laid off and needed to find a new job ASAP I went into full project manager mode. Set up a kanban board with potential jobs, applied for, interview booked, status etc. I'm tinkering with something similar, combined with the swedish employment service job bank api. Fun! #webdev

Ehem. Unfortunately it was for work. And also unfortunately they decided to go with another solution. But the combo felt awesome! Will definitely be my go-to for any cms work in the future.

Har du svårt att välja vad du ska rösta på? MP, V och delar av S vill ha ett välfärdssamhälle där vi förbereder oss på den kommande klimatkrisen tillsammans utifrån mänskliga rättigheter. Love the bookshelf! I am trying to build a variation on it for my own site, but with the books stacked. Is the height of the books determined from the actual format or is it random?

Designing in the browser (and visually managing your DS more broadly) with @sugarcube.sh is getting closer and closer. Fun thing to know: the panel and controls are defined in your config. Think of how dat gui or lil gui work with bindings. Similar principle.

There's a notice board down by the local grocery store. Every time I'm there I play the game "count-the-AI-generated-posters". There were 5 today. I wonder if they really don't notice when they put them up that there are multiple others that look EXACTLY the same.

I am tossed back and forth between 1. being so fed up with the state of the web and the world, I just want to move to our homestead and become an arborist full time. and 2. feeling super excited to build clean, hand-coded things that work super well for everyone.

The web is just documents. Just text interpreted by a browser. It shouldn't be so fekkin complicated. Hate build tools, compiling, docker containers, makefiles, configs. If it's possible to build it simpler. Build it simpler.

I've read two books in a row where the description of the location is so spot on, my mental image of the places matched 100% when I saw pictures of the actual places that inspired the books. Birds Without Wings by Louis de Bernieres and Wild Dark Shore by Charlotte McConaghy. Both A+ books! #booksky

Youtube channel idea: slow-paced videos of doing chores around the homestead. Digging, planting, harvesting, cutting and stacking firewood etc. No narration, only sounds of the squeaking wheelbarrow, firewood being stacked, birds, wind...

Good, but should also ban the production of more products than a company will reasonably be able to sell.

Yes the safelist is exactly it. Not all utils need to be created, but allowing a subset to be created would be great when parts of a site will be modified outside of the core markup. Like child themes or when classes can be set in the cms. 👌

010

Markus Finell @finell.dev · 13/06/2026

Btw! Did you ever add the config feature to generate some utilities regardless of if they're used?

110

Markus Finell @finell.dev · 12/06/2026

Yeah for sure! I did manage a separate script that added spacing and font sizes to theme.json, most likely not optimal execution but it worked.
