Oh uh and tldr is she's struggling to keep food down, keeps getting sick and is losing weight. This isn't really abnormal for her but she's having way more problems with it lately so I'm pretty sure something is very wrong. My fear is an internal tumor we don't know about but it's just a guess.

I am very lucky she's alive at all! Her emergency surgery nearly two years ago was like multiple small percentage chances of recovery and she survived and has been healthy despite ALL odds so I'm super grateful to have had her for this long. But she's old, so it may be time very soon. Idk yet.
