I changed my layout to match what I currently have it as on Twitter, just for the sake of consistency. As for what’s breaking Twitter, this is the basic gist of it (this isn’t my screenshot)

It was this! I only changed it because of the newest Resident Evil game

What’s up Bluesky peeps? Shocker to no one, Twitter is destroying itself. I’m technically still alive over there, but I’m pretty sure I’m shadowbanned, so.

Jayden 🎬 @filmingwanderer.bsky.social · 09/06/2025

I’ll be completely honest, I have not felt a need to use social media the past couple of weeks. I still don’t 🤷‍♂️ but I hope everyone’s doing good.

So yeah, this game is super amazing.

13 year old me thought this was the coolest lightsaber fight ever. 25 year old me still thinks this is one of the coolest lightsaber fights ever. It did get one-upped by Ahsoka vs. Maul.

I stayed up way too late playing Expedition 33, but it’s such a good game. I’m finally doing all the side content, after finishing the story when it came out.

Jayden 🎬 @filmingwanderer.bsky.social · 24/05/2025

I hear Twitter’s still broken. Guess I picked a good time to go on hiatus.

Jayden 🎬 @filmingwanderer.bsky.social · 04/03/2025

Hey, Bluesky peeps. How goes things?

010

Jayden 🎬 @filmingwanderer.bsky.social · 26/01/2025

Perhaps I should get over my feelings about the art style of Star Wars Resistance and give it a watch. It’s the only (new) Star Wars content I haven’t seen.

That was such a wonderful and fun experience. We need more children’s stories adapted into Star Wars, it works so well. Among the Andors and Acolytes, the light-heartedness of this show was something I felt was missing. Kudos to the cast and crew, well done.

Jayden 🎬 @filmingwanderer.bsky.social · 25/01/2025

A great story that was beautifully told. It’s truly unfortunate that we won’t be getting more, but I’m not dissatisfied with where things ended.

Jayden 🎬 @filmingwanderer.bsky.social · 23/01/2025

Yeah, I like Seasons 1-2, but Season 3 really felt like the show that Seth MacFarlane wanted to make, the quality improvement was insane.

000

Jayden 🎬 @filmingwanderer.bsky.social · 22/01/2025

I recently watched The Orville for the first time. It’s some of the best sci-fi I’ve ever seen, and it’s just all around an excellent show. It does what classic Star Trek did, just modernized, and with the Seth MacFarlane touch. Highly recommended.

But no, Star Wars “isn’t political.” I appreciate the prequels more now as an adult because of the political messaging they bring. George Lucas knew what he was talking about.

I really don’t mean to add to the doomscrolling, so I apologize, but I genuinely lost a lot of faith in humanity when Trump was re-elected. It’s unfortunate that we live in the time when we have to try to make things better, but that’s the time that comes before the time when things are better.

It truly baffles me how he is someone that people like and support. Every shitty thing about him aside, just listening to the guy talk makes me wanna blow my brains out.

Welp, I deleted TikTok thinking it was now a waste of phone storage, only to find out it was reinstated today, and now I can’t reinstall it because it’s not on the App Store. Oh well, probably for the best.

Elden Ring. Rune Level 1. 14 base game remembrances collected. One to go. 16 DLC remembrances to follow (including Bayle).

010

Jayden 🎬 @filmingwanderer.bsky.social · 06/01/2025

Turns out that an Elden Ring RL1 run is not as easy as the pros make it look. This is my first go at it, though, 10 hours in and just reached Flame Peak. I plan on doing Great Rune/Remembrance bosses. Not looking forward to Malenia, or the DLC.

Two new movie watches today: Transformers One and Nosferatu (2024). Two vastly different films, but both absolutely spectacular!

Obi-Wan takes second place, but, I feel like he was stuck in the ways of the Order he was taught in, whereas Kanan grew beyond it.

Kanan Jarrus/Caleb Dume. Not only does he perfectly exemplify what a Jedi is, he also represents what the Jedi should be.

Hell, you could even focus on your other interests. I love Star Wars, but it is far from the only thing I enjoy. As Jen said, if it’s causing you so much stress, maybe back away from it for a while.

Steven Spielberg + John Williams = the greatest thing you’ve ever seen and heard

Jayden 🎬 @filmingwanderer.bsky.social · 17/12/2024

“It’s not perfect.” Of course it isn’t. “It has flaws.” Of course it does. Humans are imperfect creatures, and our imperfections are what make us human. Something doesn’t have to be perfect to be enjoyed or recognized. People whose expectations involve perfection will never be satisfied.

I grew up religious as well (evangelical), and once I dipped out, I realized how insane it all was. It’s nothing but scare tactics and theatrics, and an excuse to spread hate, even though the guy they talk about really wanted everyone to love each other.

I know The Bad Batch wasn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but for me, it was not only a great epilogue to The Clone Wars, it was a great way to use a smaller-known group in the Star Wars mythos and give them a fantastic story about love, family, redemption, and forgiveness.

Thinking about how The Bad Batch just casually showed us the (implied) first Imperial Star Destroyer in the final episode.

I like it too, just not as much as Ragnarok. I think Love and Thunder leaned a little too much on the comedy, whereas Ragnarok was a nice blend of comedy and genuinely good storytelling.

“Lord brother. At long last, you are returned. Tarnished one. Aspiring Lord of the old order. If you have known sin, if you grieve for this world, then yield the path forward to us. To I, Miquella, and my promised consort, Radahn.”

Seen a couple people saying that Revenge of the Sith is among their favorite Star Wars movies, and that makes me very happy 😃 That movie has been my #1 since 2005!
