So... Ive been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. 👁💋👁👍✨️ Something I feel Ive known for a long while, but holy frick is it a relief to put a word to my mental health struggles. Im starting to get the professional help and support that I sorely need.

I'm not sure where I'm going with this but...yeah. I want to be more honest with myself and towards others too, be open with my own mental struggles and emotions, and I want to connect with everyone. I miss community and I miss people. I miss you.

I've felt very, VERY lonely. Like I am in this all by myself. Despite knowing logically that I have many, many people who love me and care about me. It's hard to reach out when you are feeling this way. Which is incredibly dangerous to your mental health.

As a result, I've quite literally (at times.) felt like a prisoner in my own body and like I don't recognize myself. I've developed a bit of a depression and my nervous system is very shot. It's scary, disheartening, and terrifying for me.

It's been a long, hard 2 years for me. That's hard for me to admit. First with the scare of an organ dying inside me (I do not miss Gall-inda, in spite of my now noisier GI tract.) and then discovering that I have dermoid cysts. It has left me in a constant loop of not feeling safe in my body.

This past week has been hell in a hand basket for me. I feel like my mental health has tanked significantly. I dont feel very happy, safe, or stable in my mind and body. I feel very alone. It just makes me want to cry.

Definitely is an eye-opener just how draining these past 2 years have been fore me with my health issues, both mental and physical. It has been a personally draining and lonely (self-induced) experience. I makes me want to sit and do a creative project with the me of 2024. I miss her.

I went back on the Mustkrat den to big up old posts of mine of the past 4 (almost 5 years.) I forget how talented, funny, and creative I am. I am legit serious. I've had such a passion and drive for vtuber models, content creation, and creativity. I'd love that channel that drive again.

First off, thank you for taking to reccommend some stuff. Sceond, I'd say things like Electronic, Electro Pop, Jazz, Jazz, Indie Music, Folk, Synth Pop. Usually something with a more relaxed or something with a beat really, jazzy or funky.

Buying a used Ipod Nano has really opened my ears to music. With the extra effort of downloading music, I'm listening to stuff I haven't in years and am check in on artists and what they have released in recent years. As well as discovering new ones as a result. It's really cool!

PS: This sounds so dorky to me, but I get so giddy at the idea of helping young artists, crafters, creators, and the likes. Like, if I can help them along some way in their career bybcommissioning them and working with them, it makes me feel so happy. C: Im so glad to support creatives.
