Here, have the first 250 words of my attempt at a 75k+ A/B/O fic. I really hope it's ok, I don't have a beta reader 😖

There’s an omega about to go into heat somewhere in the same subway car Jayce just so happens to be in. It’s a problem.
It’s a problem because the cinnamon and anise scent, mixed with a hint of copper, is driving Jayce insane. He’s desperately trying to hide the half-chub forming in his slacks as he hunts the scent down to make sure the other person is safe, which doesn’t take long with all the alphas turning their heads and drooling like mutts. He pushes through the crowd, getting nasty stares as he goes, but eventually he reaches the source. The omega is sitting on a bench by the window, fair ivory skin seemingly glowing in the sunlight as he reads a book completely unbothered by the alphas surrounding him. Jayce is immediately mesmorized. Soft coifs of dark brown hair that frame his face perfectly, the sharp angles that make him look like a model, his amber eyes, gooey like warm honey. The smell is much stronger this close to the source and he realizes the other man smells like a fresh sweetmilk latte on a lab table. The omega is beautiful, and Jayce doesn’t understand why he’s not at home being doted on by an alpha this close to his heat, surely he has several at his disposal.
Jayce chuffs quietly to himself when he realizes he’s worked himself up, now sporting a full-on erection in the middle of his commute home

The cabin greets him with silence, broken only by the faint metallic clatter coming from the workshop. The sound is familiar, almost comforting. Viktor shrugs off his bag, kicks away his shoes, and heads toward the door. But before he even reaches for the handle, he freezes.
Something is wrong.
When he finally pushes the door open, Jayce is sitting on the floor, a large chisel wedged between his flesh and the metal cuff welded shut around his ankle. His head snaps up when he hears Viktor walk in, but Viktor is more focused on the blood chasing gravity as the chisel digs into his skin.
“No, no, no, no, no, please don’t. I’m sorry, I won’t try again,” Jayce pleads as Viktor steps closer.
“Lásko, you’re bleeding, I just want to help.”

Jayce’s time in the pit leaves him absolutely ravenous.
His days are spent writhing in agony on the cold, uneven rock below him as the rot in his leg eats away at his flesh, unable to do anything but shiver and cry as his sunken stomach begs for anything edible at all.
He has been lucky enough to get the occassional newt, though they are so far in between that to say Jayce has been desperate would be an understatement.
On the days that he doesn’t have to worry about his fire going out, he munches on the leftover foliage, tongue swollen from the nettle, gums bleeding from the bark and small thorns that wedge themselves between his teeth.

After they break up, Jayce drives to the nearest bar and gets blackout drunk. He only remembers bits and pieces where he's definitely saying stop. He finds out he's pregnant later and it destroys him, genuinely he becomes suicidal again.

The Kiramman's pressuring him to get an abortion bc this won't look good for their sponsorship, Ximena who tells him it's still a baby, says it will be hard but she will be there for him. Ultimately he keeps it. Only bc he starts disassociating and ultimately becomes unable to care for himself. He doesn't get up to groom himself, nor to use the bathroom, eat... etc. There's piss and vomit all over his bed.

When he goes into labour he immediately panics, knowing there's a chance V will be there. When V sees the chart belongs to Jayce he freaks out. He debates telling them he can't do it, but Jayce needs the best care if they're going to make it, so he takes a deep breath and walks in. He is NOT expecting the state Jayce is in, nor does he expect Jayce to immediately get worse upon seeing V. He starts thrashing, starts trying to hit his stomach... etc. They have to restrain him.

He refuses to even acknowledge V is there after that until V sees the very clear rape trauma to his genitals. V starts sobbing and apologizing and it's not enough, but he has to make it be enough for now. Maybe Jayce gives the child up, maybe once they talk things out they decide to raise it together, but Viktor will never leave Jayce again.
