"Though ill-tempered, Snappers very rarely act aggressively unless they feel provoked to do so. Gecko's, however, love to provoke others..." Some more painted up monsters, as sculpted by @bteamminis.bsky.social, and I'm kinda itching to paint a full Gecko rainbow lol #minipainting #zelda #d&d

A group photo of painted miniatures based on monsters from Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
Advancing between the trees are four Snappers; giant, vividly coloured tortoises with bad tempers. The Snappers skin ranges from a dark blue green on their faces, to a pale, almost white, green, and their eyes are a glowing orangey-yellow.
Their shells are mostly a warm orange, with each scute having a swirlimg blue or black shape on it, around which are a series of smaller, bone coloured scutes.

Lurking in the background of the previous photo is a Gecko; a large, anthropomorphised frog with long limbs and a cruel grin. The Gecko has the colouration of a poison dart frog: a predominantly orange body, broken up with wavy bands of black and a cream coloured underbelly.
Running the length of its spine, there is a sort of webbed sail, mostly black with purple webbing. The Gecko has glowing greeny-yellow eyes with magenta pupils, and a mouth full of pointy, crooked, bone coloured teeth.

A group photo of the four Snappers, shot from a slightly elevated angle, to show the detailing and highlightinf on their shells.

A closer shot of the Gecko, climbing a rock, better showing its colouration and swampy looking base.

I'm only able to go out for little bits at a time, but it's really fun and I feel genuinely proud of the little I've learned already :3 Also, I've only had one "Bad" fall so far, and my partner got a really funny picture of me as it happened,so that's something at least 😅

Apparently I've developed a mildly silly habit of excitedly messaging my partner every time I go out on my board and show even the smallest sign of improvement. Today's development: Learning how to turn my front foot sideways while moving, and how to wiggle left and right for extra momentum!

Had a fun time bopping Araxxor in some real jank gear and whadya know: An Araxyte Fang at 15kc!? Chalking this one up to a combo of Streamer Luck and the ancient law of "Scuffed Gets Stuff". What can I say? That Amulet of Rancour looks damn fine on top of my Guthans Platebody ;) #osrs #twitch

My Old School Runescape character, stood in the Canifis bank, dressed like an absolute champion.
She is wielding Dual Macuahitl's and wearing a Slayer Helmet, Guthan's Platebody, Verac's Plateskirt, Golden Dragon Boots, a Fire Cape, Ferocious Gloves and a laughably undeserved Amulet of Rancour.

No B2B Araxyte Fang tho, never lucky :(

"Beneath the boughs of an ancient forest, the sound of wooden jaws eagerly snapping open and shut echoes from between the trees. It seems new prey has stumbled into the lair of the Deku Babas..." Both Deku Baba sculpts by @bteamminis.bsky.social #minipainting #zelda #d&d

A trio of plant monster miniatures, Deku Babas from the N64 Zelda games, are stood on a tile, painted and textured to look like a forest, complete with trees surrounding them.
The monsters have large, blue heads, with vivid pink both inside their mouths and on the vein-like textures on top of their heads.
The monsters' foliage is painted to look like withering leaves and stems, which while predominantly green also have light brown elements too.

A close up shot of the Deku Baba reared up on its stem, ready to strike, giving a clearer view of the leaf texture and colour gradient on its tongue.

A close up shot of the Deku Baba buds, viewed from above to show not only bith sides of the model, but also inside its mouth.

Called stream kinda early today, but I finished a couple trainer sprites over the 3 and a bit hours, so say hello to both variants (so far) of the Ranger trainer class. Still need to tweak the outlines a bit, to make them pop against the background, but not bad so far, tbh :3 #pokemon #pixelart

Just finished painting up another three hero minis for zelda dnd, a Gerudo and two Hylians, and love how they look! Now to do something about all those unpainted monsters on my desk... All minis sculpted by @bteamminis.bsky.social #minipainting #zelda #d&d

A group of three travelling warriors, surrounded my monsters. Yet as the beasts close in, the band of three ready their weapons: their prey have finally sprung their trap!

Three fully painted miniatures, based on the Gerudo and Hylian guards from the Legend of Zelda series, are surrounded by miniature Chuchus and Stalchild, all stood on a custom made tile, designed to look like a clearing or forest floor.

A fully painted Gerudo miniature. Her clothes are painted a vibrant purple, with a bright white sash around her waist. Her skin is painted a warm, light brown/tan colour. Her hair is a vivid red, consrasted by the thin line of blue along her bottom lip.
She wields a large polearm with a curved blade, resting it casually across her shoulder with one hand.
The miniature is stood on a base painted and textured to resemble arid earth or desert, with a little dry shrub on it.

A fully painted miniature of a Hylian guard. He stands noticably taller than other Hylians, so I painted him with a similar skintone to the Gerudo shown previously, implying he might be at least part Gerudo. He wears his black hair in a swishy, emo style fringe that covers most of his face, and his mail shirt isn't long enough to cover his toned abs.
He wears standard Hylian guard uniform: black shorts, steel greaves, bracers and chestplate, with an undershirt of scalemail. All of the metal elements are painted in non-metallic metal, with the mail shirt having a blue tint to it.
The miniature is stood on a base painted and textured to look like a grassy field or clearing.

A fully painted miniature of a Hylian guard. She is wearing the same style of armour as the previous guard, with the addition of a helmet, topped with an orange plume. She is wielding a large greatsword with a golden hand guard.
Though mostly covered by her armour, her skin is painted a warm, dark brown.
Like the previous guard, her base is made to look like a grassy field or clearing.

Been having fun painting Zelda stuff lately, and you folks seem to enjoy seeing them, so here's a little group photo of everything I've done so far :3 #minipainting

A group photo of a collection of painted Zelda miniatures: 3 Chuchus, one pink and two green, 5 Stalchild, a Green Bubble, a Zora knight, a Goron boxer and a Deku mage.
All of the models are arranged on a foam dungeon tile, painted and textured to look like a forest floor.

FiendishNeko @fiendishneko.bsky.social · 14/09/2026

"In the dead of night, the fallen soldiers of Ikana claw themselves out of the soil of Hyrule field. But tonight, a pair of brave heroes stand ready to send them back to the afterlife!" Finished some more bad guys for zelda dnd, all of which were sculpted by @bteamminis.bsky.social #minipainting

A group of Stalchild, small skeleton monsters, and a Green Bubble, a flying skull with a green flame, are flanked by a Goron boxer and a Zora knight.

The monsters are painted mostly in bone colours, with red claws and teeth on the Stalchilds and a green glow on the Bubble's flame and eye sockets.

A close up shot of the Goron, looking like he's about to punch his fist clean through the Stalchild's head.
The Stalchild has a look on his skull like he's currently regretting every previous decision that led him to this point.

A close up shot of a Stalchild swinging wildly at the Zora knight.

A closeup shot of the crowd of Stalchild, with a Green Bubble floating menacingly behind them.

A pixel art sprite of the character "Heracross Man". Heavily inspired by Kamen Rider, he wears blue armour over a grey undersuit, with gleaming gold eye-lenses and a bright pink scarf.
His colour palette is based on that of Heracross, with the pink scarf and accents on his armour being a reference to Heracross' shiny variant.

Painted up some Chuchus from @bteamminis.bsky.social last night and I thought I'd set up q little diorama lol. They look great, they were quick and fun to paint, and I'm looking forward to making many more for Zelda DnD! #zelda #miniaturepainting

Three fully painted miniature Chuchu enemies from Majora's Mask, sculpted by BTeam Minis.
Two of the three are a vivid green, whereas the third is a bright pink. All three share the came colour eyes and mouths however, their lips and eyelids a light flesh tone with an orange shade, their crooked teeth an off-white, and their eyes are a bright, sickly yellow green.

A close up of two of the Chuchus that share a pose, one pink and the other green.

A close up of the third Chuchu, striking a different pose, its eyes wide in surprise and mouth open, as if it has spotted prey. This lil guy is also painted a vivid green.

FiendishNeko @fiendishneko.bsky.social · 08/09/2026

"A wandering Deku adventurer finds themself surrounded by Chuchus! Though weak on their own, Chuchus can be dangerous in a group: this Deku best be careful!" (Chuchu close ups in the next post!) #zelda #miniaturepainting

A large Deku scrub wielding a staff is stood in a clearing, surrounded by three Chuchu monsters: brightly coloured blobs of slime with slug-like eyestalks and creepy, crooked, grinning mouths.

And last, but not least, a Zora! Dude just looks sick as hell, tbh. Love the fish helm, love the halberd, plus Zoras were always the coolest 😎

A photo of a fully painted Zora miniature, sculpted by BTeam Minis.

The Zora is a range of dark to light blues, made to look like the sort of camouflage sharks have, and is wearing a rich purple cloak, wrapped around his shoulders.
The Zora is also wearing heavily verdigrised armour: bracers, a shoulder guard shaped like a conical shell and a large, stylised fish helm.
He also wields a large, bronze headed halberd, also weathered with verdigris and styled like a large fin, with a wooden haft fashioned from driftwood.

The same Zora miniature from before, viewed from behind.

From behind you can see darker sections on his fins, but also a tiger strip pattern on the tail fin coming from the back of his head.

FiendishNeko @fiendishneko.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

Got a real tough looking Goron next! I really liked blending up the skin tone on this big lad, but I REALLY liked doing that rocky texture he has on his back and knuckles. I feel like I really nailed the colours here, like he could curl up and be almost invisible on a mountainside!

A photo of a painted Goron miniature, sculpted by BTeam Minis. The Goron has a large beard and full head of hair,is stood in a loincloth, and is stanced up like a bare knuckle boxer.

His skintone is a light brown tan, except for patches of light pink on his scars and bottom lip. His hair and beard are a sort of dirty blond and his knuckles are covered in a light brown rocky texture. He also has a number of bronze rings on his wrists and ankles.

The same Goron from the previous image, but viewed from behind.

His back is covered in a rough, rocky texture, like that on his knuckles, and it's painted in a light brown colour.

FiendishNeko @fiendishneko.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

First, the big Deku! He's big, he's bashful, he's adorable! Loved all the wood grain texture on him and his expression is so expressive!

A fully painted, 3d miniature of a large deku scrub from BTeam Minis.

The Deku is painted in a dark brown to tan gradient, with highlights focused around its mouth, hands and feet. It also has a large, purplish red deku nut growing on its head, with large leaves growing out around it, hanging down almost like hair.

The same Deku Scrub from before, viewed from behind with a closer view of the wood grain texture.

I actually painted GFreD before O.P. and somehow though this dude's overcomplicated paint job was as bad as it could get! :D That being said, dude looks rad and I love how he turned out. Gonna put him on a cool base when the game drops too and make him look even cooler!

A painted miniature of GFreD from Gundam GQuuuuuuX, intended for use in Gundam Assemble.
The mech is painted predominantly in purples and greens, with splashed of orange and white serving as accent colours.
GFreD is in an actually really cool pose, arms slightly out from its sides, stepping forward and down, as if gracefully descending from on high. Combined with the sharp angles on the mecha, this ends up making GFreD look menacing but also kind of angelic.

000

FiendishNeko @fiendishneko.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

Omega Psycommu was... a lot. While I kinda like how it looks, even now it looks very over complicated and the entire time I was painting I kept thinking "are we done yet?" lol Still, another mech down and added to the roster of playable units for Gundam Assemble!

A fully painted miniature of Omega Psycommu from Gundam GQuuuuuuX, intended for play in the upcoming game Gundam Assemble.
O.P. is painted in a variety of blues and off-whites, with splashes of red, maroon and yellow as accent colours, with tiny dots of green for eye lenses.
The model is posed as if launching forward and upwards, a glowing axe held in one hand and a large, curved shield covering its left hand, arm and shoulder.

A reverse shot of the same miniature, showing off the details on the back, as well as the large thrusters jutting out from behind its shoulders.

A close up shot focused on O.P.'s heat hawk, basically a superheated axe, showing off the vibrant orange to yellow gradient, as well as the attempted heat glow effect on the haft of the weapon.

Unironically my favourite part of the mini, as it's the only part of the paint job that didn't feel way to complex lol.
